Research urgency. From activity of youth in obshchestvennoyopoliticheskoj, an economic life the future of Russia in many respects depends. The considerable part of modern youth possesses positive potential (initiative, mobility, a susceptibility to innovations, etc.) which will allow the country to make break in various spheres.

The major condition of realisation of the grandiose problems facing to our country, education in rising generation of fidelity to the Native land is, readiness actively to work for its prosperity, to protect in case of threat. Patriotic education of youth is today the major problem of the state for successful realisation of the Concept long-term sotsialnoyoekonomicheskogo developments of the Russian Federation.

Orientation of a state policy to formation of patriotic qualities of youth is underlined in government programs of patriotic education of citizens for 2001-2005, 2006-2010, 2011-2015, a government program "Development of education" for 2013-2020 the Further perfection of system of patriotic education as it is underlined in programs, demands enrichment of its maintenance, use of purposeful, effective forms, methods, means of educational work. As the major condition of success of patriotic education at the present stage necessity of the system organisation of this work with attraction of traditional values of Russian culture, in particular national pedagogics is marked. According to the national doctrine of formation, in the Russian Federation till 2025 The education system in education of patriots should provide historical continuity of generations, preservation and distribution of national culture, the careful relation to historical and to a cultural heritage of the people of Russia.

As practice convinces, results of the special researches, one of the most reliable and effective remedies of formation of patriotism - national pedagogics which is an ethnopedagogics subject. Means of national pedagogics have a number of advantages in comparison with the modern:

1) they have complex character, bringing up the perfect person;

2) influence on formation of the person is carried out gumanistichno, imperceptibly;

3) their maintenance is focused on development of the best mental qualities of Russian people: goodwill, sobornosti, hospitality, patriotism, etc.

Expert and special researches show the special importance of work on patriotism formation in system of average vocational training. According to data of federal service of the state statistics, in system of average vocational training it is trained more than 2 million students. Set of economic and social functions,
Which are carried out by this army of youth, obliges the professional educational organisations actively to be engaged in formation of its patriotic ideals, installations on active service to Fatherland.

Condition of a level of scrutiny of a problem

The exclusive role of patriotism in formation of the person was marked by many representatives of domestic philosophical thought (N.A.Berdjaev, I.A.Ilyin, N.M.Karamzin, N.I.Novikov, A.N.Radishchev, V.S.Solovev, etc.). They named patriotism a criterion of spirituality and morals of the person. In works of many Russian teachers, educators (A.P.Kunitsyn, N.I.Lobachevsky, A.A.Musin, V.V. Popugaev, I.M.Jastrebtsov, etc.) patriotism is characterised as respect for national history, culture, readiness for self-sacrifice for the sake of Fatherland. Patriotism formation as one of the primary goals of educational process was considered by Russian teachers (P.P.Blonsky, N.F.Bunakov, S.I.Miropolsky, S.A.Rachinsky, V.N.Soroka-Rosinsky, V.J.Stojunin, K.D.Ushinsky, N.V.Shelgunov, etc.) . The essence of patriotism was represented by them as development of the universal and national values defining civil and social activity of the person. In pedagogical works of the Soviet period (A.B.Zalkind, N.K.Krupsky, V.I.Lenin, A.V.Lunacharsk, A.S.Makarenko A.P.Pinkevich, V.A.Suhomlinsky, etc.) is noticed, that the patriotism basis is made by knowledge of domestic history, culture, the native language, development of civil thoughts on the present of Fatherland, feelings to it, responsibility for its future, preparation for its protection.

C. A.Kochevtseva, T.V.Lavrova, O.A.Oshchepkov, A.G. The private soldier, V.A.Telegin, etc.) are devoted studying of the various parties of patriotic education in system of average vocational training, to formation of separate patriotic qualities of students.

The named works have brought the serious contribution to deepening of the theory of patriotic education. However some question has not found the due answer in a science. So, insufficiently full the concept of patriotism also is comprehensively formulated, not quite obobshchenno its structure is opened, components are indistinctly allocated. The essence of patriotic education is not to the full analysed from positions of the system-structural approach. Possibilities of national pedagogics in this process are poorly studied.

Defects of the theory of patriotic education negatively affect its realisation. The special alarm is caused by statement of the given work in technical schools. The analysis of a condition of patriotic education in these educational institutions of the Oryol area has shown, that only in separate are accepted and special programs are realised, attempts to create a condition for information, scientifically-methodical maintenance of this work become. In the majority of technical schools it is limited to a set of actions of the patriotic orientation having incidental character. New forms and methods of patriotic education extremely seldom take root. The special alarm is caused by underestimation of possibilities of national pedagogics in patriotic education of students. According to our interrogations, less than half of teachers of the professional educational organisations (49,6 %) consider possible use of national pedagogics in modern practice of training and education. It is even less (40,3 %) see prospects of its application in patriotic education. Insignificant number of teachers (27,4 %) the sense and educational possibilities of means of national pedagogics adequately understand.

Similar position limits possibilities of application of traditional and innovative means, reduces productivity of patriotic education. Studying sformirovannosti patriotism of students of final groups has shown, that only 32,1 % interrogated consider themselves as patriots, hardly more than half (53,3 %) are ready to show tolerance, peaceful disposition and good neighbourhood in relation to other people, only 60,1 % aspire to knowledge of history, culture, traditions of the Native land, 67,2 % are ready to protect its interests.

As show experience and results of researches, the national pedagogics is a perennial spring of education of the best patriotic qualities of young citizens of our Fatherland. The given works have a little expanded possibilities of use of means of national pedagogics and have brought the certain contribution to the theory of patriotic education. However some question remained out of sight of researchers. The patriotic potential of various means of national pedagogics is insufficiently deeply investigated, patriotic education in traditions of the people is poorly studied, not carried out system research of patriotic education of students of technical school by means of national pedagogics.

Generalisation of theoretical and practical approaches to a problem of patriotic education of students of technical school means of national pedagogics has revealed a number of contradictions: between necessity of perfection of patriotic education of students of technical school both insufficiently system and complete representation about patriotism, patriotic education in a pedagogical science; between the high importance of process of patriotic education of students for personal and professional formation of the future workers and insufficiently the system organisation of this process; between presence of rich educational potential of means of national pedagogics and insufficient attention of teachers to their use in patriotic education of students.

On the basis of the analysis of the named contradictions the problem of dissertational research is formulated: what means and conditions of the organisation of patriotic education of students of technical school means of national pedagogics?

The allocated contradictions and the formulated problem have caused a choice of a theme of dissertational research - «Patriotic education of students of technical school by means of national pedagogics».

Object of research: teaching and educational work in technical school.

Object of research: the maintenance and conditions of patriotic education of students of technical school means of national pedagogics.

Research objective: on the basis of the theoretical analysis to specify essence of patriotism, to develop model of patriotic education, during experimental work to define ways and conditions of formation of patriotism at students of technical school means of national pedagogics.

Research hypothesis: efficiency of patriotic education of students of technical school is reached, if: it is organised is system according to components, directions of model of patriotic education, pedagogical conditions of its effective realisation; leans against patriotic potential of means of national pedagogics; this process is included in system of the general and vocational training of the future experts, considers their age and socially-psychological features.

According to a theme, the purpose, object and an object of research necessity of statement and the decision of following problems is defined:

1. To specify essence of concept "patriotism", to define structure and the basic directions of patriotic education.

2. To generalise experience of patriotic education in national pedagogics, to reveal patriotic potential of its means.

3. To define features of patriotic education of students of technical school, to establish influence of patriotic education on their professional and personal formation.

4. To develop theoretical model of patriotic education, on its basis to create the complex program of formation of patriotism of students of technical school, experimentally to check up its efficiency.

5. To define pedagogical conditions of efficiency of the program of patriotic education.

The analysis and generalisation of the best practices of patriotic education in educational institutions of average vocational training, own experience of teaching and educational activity as the teacher, the class teacher, the methodologist, the deputy director on scientifically-methodical work.

The basic investigation phases

The first stage (2008-2009) - a choice and judgement of a theme, the theoretical analysis of the philosophical, psychological, historical literature about specification of essence, structure of patriotism, patriotic education, revealing of potential of means of national pedagogics. Carrying out of an ascertaining stage of experiment. Working out of the program of a forming stage of experiment. The second stage (2009-2011) - model working out
Patriotic education, definition of forms, methods, directions of educational work, carrying out of a forming stage of experiment. The third stage (2011-2013) - statistical processing, the analysis, generalisation of results of research, the formulation of conclusions, registration of the text of the dissertation.

Base of research were establishments of average vocational training of of the Eagle: BOU OO SPO «the Oryol technological technical school», BOU OO SPO «the Oryol technical school of means of communication of V.A.Lapochkina», BOU OO SPO «the Oryol technical school of technology and business of V.A.Rusanov». At different stages of skilled-experimental work have taken part 206 students, 32 teachers directly participating in experiment, 165 have been interrogated within the limits of courses of improvement of qualification in BOU OO DPO (personal computer) With «the Oryol institute of improvement of teachers (curators of groups, masters of inservice training, teachers, etc.).

Scientific novelty of research:

• the essence of concept "patriotism" is specified, its structure including following components is revealed: patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, patriotic behaviour;

• the structure of patriotic education including structural (is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno-motivational, dejatelnostno-practical) and functional components adequate to them (the purpose, problems, principles, directions, means, methods, criteria of an estimation) is defined;

• experience of patriotic education in Russian national pedagogics is generalised, the patriotic potential of various means of national education is revealed;

• it is established senzitivnost age and socially-psychological features of the person of students of technical school to system development of grazhdansko-patriotic qualities;

• the theoretical model of patriotic education of students on which basis the complete program approved within the limits of teaching and educational process of technical school is created is developed.

The theoretical importance of research consists in enrichment of the theory of pedagogics:

• from positions of the system-structural approach definition of concept "patriotism" is made;

• the essence of patriotic education as major means of formation of patriotism is revealed;

• pedagogical conditions of efficiency of realisation of patriotic education are studied;

• the high importance of use of means of national pedagogics for formation of patriotism of students of technical school is established;

• positive influence of patriotic education on their personal and professional formation is proved.

The practical importance of research is defined by that the model of patriotic education realised in the form of the complex program «We are Russians!», can be it is taken for a basis of working out of programs of patriotic education for the professional educational organisations, regional programs taking into account concrete conditions. Use of the complex program of the patriotic education leaning against means of national pedagogics, promotes in teaching and educational work of technical schools to personal and professional growth of students. The specified representations received during research about essence, structure of patriotism, patriotic education are expedient for applying at courses of improvement of qualification of teachers and employees of technical schools.

The substantive provisions which are taken out on protection:

1. Patriotism is integrativnoe quality of the person which is expressed in knowledge of the native language, histories, traditions, culture of the people, love, fidelity to the Native land, readiness to make necessary efforts for its prosperity, independence maintenance, aspiration to protection of its interests, active and conscious participation in strengthening of its power. The patriotism structure includes such components, as patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, the patriotic behaviour, being in indissoluble unity and interrelation.

Patriotic education - purposeful process of interaction of teachers and the students, focused on formation of patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, steady forms of patriotic behaviour, formation of patriotic qualities of the person, readiness to realise them in interests of a society and the state. The essence of patriotic education is integrated in unity structural (is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno -

Motivational, dejatelnostno-practical) and functional components adequate to them (the purpose, problems, principles, directions, means, methods, criteria of an estimation).

2. For development of patriotic qualities means of national pedagogics have the special importance: traditions, customs, holidays, games, bylinas, fairy tales, historical songs, proverbs, riddles, etc. Efficiency of use of means of national pedagogics for patriotic education it is defined by their complex, humanistic character, presentation, an emotionality, availability.

3. Age, socially-psychological, informative features of students of technical school senzitivny to system, purposeful formation of grazhdansko-patriotic qualities, provide interest, deep perception of patriotic potential of folk remedies of education. Patriotic education of students plays an essential role in professional and personal formation of the future experts.

4. The theoretical model of patriotic education represents unity structural (is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno - motivational, dejatelnnostno-practical) and functional components (the purpose, problems, principles, directions, pedagogical conditions, educational space, forms, methods, means, criteria of productivity).

5. The complex program of patriotic education of students of technical school by means of national pedagogics «We is developed are Russians!». The basic ways of its realisation - educational, nonlearning, scientific activity of students. Following groups of pedagogical conditions of efficiency of the program of patriotic education are defined: the general, is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno-motivational, dejatelnostno-practical.

The humanistic orientation of the patriot is realised in socially vigorous activity, socially useful work, peaceful disposition, good neighbourhood, certificates of assistance, partnership, compassion, mutual aid.

From a position of the religious approach (the archbishop Lvov and Galitsky Avgustin, N.A.Glagolin, D.Polohov, abbot Philaret, etc.) patriotism is defined as the higher spiritually-moral feeling which is expressed in passionate love, respect for Fatherland, care of its blessing and readiness for self-sacrifice, in high moral qualities. The given treatment of patriotism includes in unity of feeling and activity of the person.

Representatives of the politological approach (A.I.Afonin, T.V.Bespalov, A.A.Gerasimov, V.A.Korobanov, V.M.Haustov, etc.) see essence of patriotism in unity of patriotic consciousness, feelings, motives of patriotic behaviour. Generalisation of these components allows to present patriotism as unity of patriotic consciousness (knowledge and feeling), a patriotic orientation of the person, patriotic activity.

On the basis of generalisation of various approaches patriotism definition as integrativnogo qualities of the person which is expressed in knowledge of the native language, histories, traditions, culture of the people, love, fidelity to the Native land, readiness to make necessary efforts for its prosperity, independence maintenance, aspiration to protection of its interests, active and conscious participation in strengthening of its power is specified.

The analysis of results of researches of teachers (I.e. Vezhevich, L.N.Kotrutsa, S.A.Kochevtseva, V.A.Slastenin, N.M.Snopko, etc.), psychologists (L.I.Bozhovich, h.p. Vygotsky, D.A.Leontev, B.F.Lomov, A.B.eagle,

A. V.Petrovsky, S.L.Rubinshtejn, etc.) Has allowed to reveal difficult structure of the specified concept. Their correlation with empirical data has given the chance to establish patriotism structure in unity of following components: 1) patriotic consciousness as integration chuvstvennoyoemotsionalnogo and is rational-ideological level of reflexion of a phenomenon of the Native land, presented by set of knowledge of the patriotic orientation caused by them of patriotic feelings, integrating patriotic belief; 2) a patriotic orientation of the person as set of the patriotic requirements, steady motives, readiness for patriotic activity; 3) patriotic behaviour as set of various kinds of activity for the blessing of the Native land, a society, the people. Patriotic education - purposeful process of interaction of teachers and the students, focused on formation of patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, steady forms of patriotic behaviour, formation of patriotic qualities of the person, readiness to realise them in interests of a society and the state.

The comparative analysis of various approaches to essence of patriotic education during different historical epoch, generalisation of results of scientific researches allow to present it as unity and interrelation of following components: 1) the is intellectual-emotional component assuming formation of intelligent knowledge of a patriotic orientation, their experience and development as values, development of system of patriotic sights, belief, the patriotic outlook, integrated as patriotic consciousness; 2) the potrebnostno-motivational component aimed at formation of patriotic interests, desires, the aspirations, steady motives that is embodied in a patriotic orientation of the person; 3) the dejatelnostno-practical component providing formation of patriotic actions, abilities, skills of joint and individual patriotic activity that creates preconditions of patriotic behaviour.

In modern pedagogics such directions of patriotic education, as grazhdansko-patriotic (by V.V. Gladkih, A.G.Goreltsev, A.E.bag, A.N.Roschin, V.A.Pshonko, etc.) are allocated; military-patriotic (S.Z.Kurilov, S.P.Menshikov, V.J.Mikrjukov, etc.); sotsialnoyopatrioticheskoe (A.N.Vyrshchikov, B.N.Kusmartsev, etc.); geroikoyopatrioticheskoe (V.I.Lesnjak, V.N.Zabavnikov, S.A.Mark, etc.); moral-patriotic (R.S.Gizatullin, A.A.Kudelich, A.V.Osipov, etc.); ekologo-patriotic education (O.N.Shitikova); duhovnoyopatrioticheskoe (D.S.Senjuk); national-patriotic (M.A.Savzihanova); istoriko-patriotic (I.A.riding, E.N.Korchagin, etc.); kulturnoyopatrioticheskoe (N.A.Fomina). A number of teachers (V.V. On the basis of the analysis and generalisation of the presented directions and their correlation with structure of patriotic education the most applicable to the given research are following directions: spiritually-moral, socially-humanistic, istoriko-national, grazhdansko-political. Realisation of these directions within the limits of each component of patriotic education promotes formation of corresponding patriotic knowledge, motives, activity and behaviour kinds.

As show an operational experience in the professional educational organisations, results of researches, in patriotic education means of national pedagogics have the high importance. Value of national pedagogics in education of patriots was underlined in N.A.Berdjaeva, V.I.Vodovozova, A.S.Makarenko, N.I.Pirogova, D.I.Pisarev, V.S.Soloveva, V.A.Suhomlinskogo, A.S.Homjakova, N.G.Chernyshevsky, etc. K.D.Ushinsky's works has proved, that the nationality principle should be taken as a principle all educational work.

According to leading experts in the field of I.I.Valeev, G.S.Vinogradova, G.N.Volkova, V.A.Nikolaeva, E.A.Pokrovsk, G.A.Stanchinskogo, M.G.Haritonova's ethnopedagogics and others, use of means of national pedagogics in the modern educational organisations especially significantly for patriotic education. According to data of researches, in these means opredmecheny the history, a life, people life, are reflected features of its language, traditions, etc. Special efficiency use of means of national education in the conditions of preservation of bases of mentality, traditions of national education, communal character of a life has cultures.

The analysis of ethnopedagogical, ethnologic, historical, folkloristic publications has shown, that in national culture a lot of attention was given to education of rising generations in the spirit of passionate love to the Native land. It is established, that the basic means of formation of patriotism were the life, a family life, public opinion, traditions, customs, ceremonies, rituals, holidays, games, numerous folklore products (bylinas, fairy tales, historical songs, proverbs, riddles), etc.

The analysis of works of domestic teachers and psychologists has allowed us to allocate the basic age and socially-psychological features of patriotic education of students. In social sphere, according to experts (L.A.bagel, A.S.Belkin, J.S.Vasjutin, I.S.game, N.D.Levitov, R.S.Nemov, A.M.Stoljarenko, I.V.Shapovalenko, etc.), at this age amplify active formation of outlook, a civic stand and development of new social skills, becomes more personal and close feeling of the Native land. The given conclusions, and also our operational experience, results of researches convince that students of technical school can be allocated in the group of youth united age and sotsialnoyopsihologicheskimi by features for which is senzitivnym purposeful, complete formation of patriotic qualities.

In emotional sphere, according to researches (E.P.Ilyin, I.S.game, R.S.Nemov, A.V.Petrovsky, I.V.Dubrovin, etc.), for the given age enrichment of moral, political feelings, active formation of aesthetic ideals, strengthening of ability to empathy, differentiation of practical and intellectual feelings, self-esteem formation are characteristic. A social situation of development of students of technical schools (G.F.Karpova, A.A.Kirsanov, I.S.game, E.A.Mihajlychev, V.J.Portnyh, etc.) It is appreciably caused by national, religious, geographical, social features. Our long-term operational experience and data of researches convince that a considerable quantity of students of the professional educational organisations - natives of rural settlements. In the Oryol technical schools of such 40 % trained more. In these societies in a sufficient measure national traditions are kept, experience of national education is actively made use. Students are susceptible to national culture, national pedagogics.
The told convinces of efficiency and expediency of use in educational work with the given contingent of various means of national education.

On our data, the teenagers arriving in technical schools, have low enough level of knowledge. The average entrance point on different disciplines makes 2,49. It is a lot of students from incomplete (26 %), having many children (8 %), unsuccessful (8 %) families, are considerable number of orphans or the parents who have remained without care (10 %). As a result for many of them insufficient development logic and domination of is evident-shaped thinking is characteristic. Our experience convinces that are more accessible to them and plots of fairy tales, bylinas, songs, other genres of folklore, than difficult works of art are clear.

Studying of leading activity of students of technical school (etc.) has shown L.A.bagel, J.S.Vasjutin, A.N.Vyrshchikov, L.M.Zjubin, A.A.Kirsanov, that the basic becomes uchebno-professional work. In its frameworks there is an inclusion of students in defined sotsialnoyoprofessionalnuju group, and also feeling formation vzroslosti, new forms of behaviour, the professional culture, professional requirements defining a priority. Efficiency of educational work, in particular patriotic education, in many respects depends on its orientation to professional and personal formation of students and covers all principal views of uchebno-professional work of the future experts.

In the second chapter «Pedagogical conditions and means of formation of patriotism of students of technical school» the description of theoretical model and the program of patriotic education developed on its basis is presented.

In many publications (A.A.Aron, A.N.Vyrshchikov, N.M.Konzhiev, B.N.Kusmartsev, V.I.Lutovinov, etc.) It is underlined, that patriotism formation is provided with purposeful system of patriotic education. In methodological works (V.A.Karakovsky, L.I.Novikova, N.L.Selivanov, E.I. The Sokolov, T.I.Shamova, G.N.Shibanova) is noticed, that educational system - the complete, dynamical formation which is passing in the continuous development a number of stages. Generalisation of various approaches to construction of pedagogical system has allowed to allocate three basic stages in this process. The first stage - concept working out, creation of its theoretical model integrating structure of the future system. The second stage - a model embodiment in the real program, its definition of substantial and remedial components, working out sistemoobrazujushchih activity kinds, most effective remedies, methods, technologies of realisation of the chosen maintenance. The third stage - practical introduction of the program, maintenance of active interaction of all its components, inclusion in their realisation of collective of teachers, creation of educational space, accumulation of traditions, the further perfection of the program.

At a stage of construction of theoretical model definition of its structural and functional components is important. The structure of patriotic education including is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno - motivational, dejatelnostno-practical components, has the generalised character. Creation of the program of patriotic education of concrete type of an educational institution, in particular technical school, demands working out of special theoretical model. As its invariant part structural components of patriotic education act. Variativnoj as a model part functional components serve. The analysis of various models of patriotic education (A.A.Aron, I.e. Vezhevich, V.V. Piontkovsky, D.G.Rjahov, I.V.proshek, etc.) has allowed to build theoretical model in unity structural (is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno -

Motivational, dejatelnostno-practical) and functional components (the purpose, problems, principles, work directions, pedagogical conditions, educational space, forms of the organisation, means, methods and criteria of an estimation) (fig. 2).

At the second stage the given model has been embodied in the complete program «We are Russians!». The third stage assumed practical realisation of the program which covered all spheres of educational process: educational activity (auditornaja, out-of-class), nonlearning activity in an educational institution and out of it, scientific activity of students.

The basic directions of realisation of the program were duhovnoyonravstvennoe, socially-humanistic, grazhdansko-political, istoriko-national.

Use of educational activity consisted in actualisation of patriotic potential of disciplines of general educational and professional cycles, educational and an industrial practice, facultative courses. For this purpose together with teachers the maintenance of studied disciplines has been analysed. In it the material of a patriotic orientation was allocated: history of the state symbols, the power and military business of Russia (history, social science, the right); history of Russian names (Russian, the literature); linear measures, weight, volume, money resources (the mathematician, economy, chemistry, physics, spetsdistsipliny); dwellings of the Russian person, traditional way of Russian family, etiquette of far ancestors (history, business culture, ethics); their relation to water, fire, the native nature (biology, ecology and wildlife management, safety of ability to live); signs, beliefs, plots, oberegi (spetsdistsipliny) etc. Teachers aspired to show to students the contribution of Russian people to creation to our severe conditions of the great state, in development of world culture, a science. The special attention was given to display of valour of Russians, their feats for the sake of rescue of the Fatherland, all world. Through means of national pedagogics leading mental qualities of Russian people were lead up to consciousness of students: diligence, sobornost, a collectivism, hospitality, goodwill, mutual assistance, etc.

Within the limits of experimental work programs of open classrooms are developed: "Russian cuisine", «a native land Cultural heritage», «National crafts of Russia», etc. Their studying helped students to get acquainted with national traditions, kitchen, crafts, monuments of culture Orlovshchiny, to feel the importance for the Russian person of the native earth, to understand sources of its patriotism.

Nonlearning activity during program realisation consisted in the organisation, carrying out substantially and actions emotionally sated with a patriotic material, involving of students in work of subject, creative circles, sections of a patriotic orientation, their inclusion in various kinds of patriotic activity.

The big interest class hours caused in students of experimental groups («Sacred springs of Fatherland», «to Live - to the Native land to serve», «That national advantage» means, «Etiquette of our ancestors», etc.), various under the form and the maintenance out-of-class actions: literary-musicale («Christmas meetings», «we Will go to my edge», etc.), quizes, is informative-game competitions («Slavic customs and traditions», «Popular wisdom - a proverb», «the Female image in oral national creativity of Russia», etc.), debate («Values true and false», «Out-of-date morals...», Etc.), sports meets in Russian national traditions («Guys, guys, it in your forces», «Russian athletes», etc.) Art and craft exhibitions, competitions of amateur creativity, etc. Within the limits of the experimental program functioned mugs «Ceremonial culture of Russia», an embroidery and a national suit "Skilled worker", woodcarving, a folklore song "Solovushka", Russian national dance "Toast", an orthodox song "Hope", theatrical collective, sections Russian kulachnogo fight, girevogo sports. The considerable attention within the limits of program realisation has been given preparation and carrying out of the actions devoted celebratory and memorials, not received wide popularity in a modern society, but esteemed by our ancestors. Day of friendship and a unification of Slavs concern such holidays »,« Day of heroes of Fatherland »,« Day of the earth »,« Day of water »,« Day of national unity »«, etc.

Activity out of an educational institution within the limits of experiment consisted in participation of examinees in regional actions of a patriotic orientation. These are regional competitions of an orthodox, national and patriotic song, theatrical collectives, amateur art creativity. Students of technical school accepted active participation in social projects «Returning to sources», «I choose a life», in temple restoration in village Klejmenovo - in the homeland of A.A.Fet - etc. Use of means of national pedagogics in teaching and educational process has allowed a command of cooks of technical school to receive a special prize «For preservation and perfection of ancient Russian traditions of culinary art» and to take the second place in regional competition of professional skill. Dishes of an ancient Russian cuisine were
Valuable prizes and awards are presented by students of technical school at regional festival of culinary specialists among the industrial enterprises «Orlovshchina hospitable» where were highly appreciated by the competent jury. Active inclusion of students in national-patriotic activity Orlovshchiny took place during participation in traditional folklore festival «Troitsk round dances», passing in national park «Oryol woodlands».

Scientific activity trained within the limits of the experimental program was carried out in the course of work on individual research projects in following directions: «My small native land» - studying of history, traditions, a life of village, village, area; «My family in country history» - research of history of a sort, participation of members of a family in the historical past and the present of Russia, their achievement, the biography, labour and military feats, family traditions and values; «Fantastic cookery» - drawing up of the fantastic culinary book; «Gold rules of etiquette in bylinas and fairy tales», «Popular wisdom in my trade», «the Patriotic poster of Ancient Russia», etc. Results of this work were embodied in hand-written books, creation of a museum of national culture.

On the basis of the analysis and generalisation of researches of patriotic education (S.A.Kochevtseva, N.M.Snopko, V.N.Subbotin, V.G.Pautov, etc.), correlation of their results with practice of the organisation of this work it is established, that efficiency of patriotic education of students of technical school is provided with observance of some pedagogical conditions. During research following groups of conditions are allocated. The general conditions:

1) creation of complete system of the patriotic education providing development of patriotic qualities; 2) interrelation of patriotic education with other directions of educational work: intellectual, moral, labour, ecological, physical etc.; 3) motivation of inclusion in process of patriotic education of all pedagogical collective;

4) purposeful preparation of teachers for patriotic education;

5) formation of the educational space including all fields of activity of technical school: educational, educational, activity out of technical school, etc.; 6) active inclusion of various means of national pedagogics in process of patriotic education. Intellectually - emotional conditions: 1) strengthening of a patriotic orientation of the maintenance of general educational and professional disciplines;

2) inclusion in educational process of open classrooms, the circles having

Dejatelnostnoyopraktichesky conditions: 1) use of educational potential of the nearest welfare environment (museums, parks, libraries, stadiums, the additional education organisations, regional, city, regional actions of a grazhdansko-patriotic orientation, etc.); 2) a combination of individual, group and collective forms of the organisation of teaching and educational work; 3) orientation of patriotic actions to development of professional and personal qualities of students; 4) stimulation of students on active use of means of national pedagogics in patriotic activity in an educational institution and out of it.

The analysis of results of scientific and pedagogical researches has allowed to allocate the following criteria adequate to components of theoretical model, and indicators of formation of patriotism corresponding to them. Corresponding experimental techniques are developed for measurement of these indicators: the is intellectual-emotional criterion, which indicators characterise sformirovannost patriotic knowledge (the test 1, 2), the relation to patriotic values (the test 3), patriotic belief (the test 4); the potrebnostno-motivational criterion, which indicators allow to estimate valuable orientations of the person (the test 5), aspiration and readiness of students for various patriotic activity (the test 6); the dejatelnostno-practical criterion defining presence of skills of independent patriotic activity (the test 7), level of activity of participation in this activity (the test 8).

The analysis of data on indicators of is intellectual-emotional criterion has revealed, that high level of patriotic feelings, valuable orientations, belief in experimental groups has grown on the average on 24,14 %, and in control - on 7,32 %. The big changes have occurred in understanding students of essence of patriotism, knowledge duhovnoyonravstvennyh, cultural values of Russian people, in the relation to national culture, traditions. Level of the valid relation to people of other nationalities, races, religious beliefs, to the political power, the state, comprehension of inadmissibility of infringement of the rights and duties of citizens has raised.

Results of measurement of potrebnostno-motivational criterion have revealed in experimental groups improvement of its indicators of high level on 19,34 %, control - on 1,78 %. The profound analysis of data, and also results of supervision, conversations have shown growth of interest of students of experimental groups to studying of national culture, the careful relation to preservation of traditions, customs, aspiration to benefit the state, a society, to take up responsibility for the country future, display peaceful disposition, good neighbourhood, tolerance to other people, religions.

At an estimation of dejatelnostno-practical criterion it is established, that by the end of realisation of the program students of experimental groups began to participate on 45,1 % more actively in patriotic activity of an educational institution. They with the big interest visited mugs of national culture, actively and creatively participated in actions of an ethnopedagogical orientation, in mass national holidays, with enthusiasm were engaged in charities, worked in public organisations, clubs of a patriotic orientation. By this criterion the quantity of the teenagers who are not taking part in patriotic activity almost has three times decreased.

The comparative analysis of experimental data convinces of efficiency of introduction of the experimental program on the majority of indicators which on total cuts became statistically authentically above, than measured on an ascertaining stage (fig. 3).

As a result of the carried out research following conclusions are drawn:

1. Definition of concepts "patriotism" and «patriotic education» is specified. Patriotism is integrativnoe quality of the person which is expressed in knowledge of the native language, histories, traditions, culture of the people, love, fidelity to the Native land, readiness to make necessary efforts for its prosperity, independence maintenance, aspiration to protection of its interests, active and conscious participation in strengthening of its power.

Patriotic education - purposeful process of interaction of teachers and the students, focused on formation of patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, steady forms of patriotic behaviour, formation of patriotic qualities of the person, readiness to realise them in interests of a society and the state. The theoretical model of patriotic education represents unity structural (is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno - motivational, dejatelnostno-practical) and functional components (the purpose, problems, principles, directions, pedagogical conditions, educational space, forms, methods, means, criteria of productivity).

2. Generalisation of experience of patriotic education in Russian national pedagogics has allowed to reveal potential of ethnopedagogical means. Material, spiritual, sotsiokulturnye means have figurative, emotional, complex character that does their accessible to perception, understanding of their patriotic sense, creates favorable conditions for the motivation, imperceptible familiarising with patriotic activity.

3. The revealed features of students of technical school allow to carry them to the certain socially-professional group characterised by a priority of professional requirements, socially-professional behaviour, culture that does them senzitivnymi to purposeful, complete formation of patriotic qualities. Efficiency of patriotic education is in many respects defined by orientation to professional and personal formation of students, a support to all principal views of uchebno-professional work of the future experts.

4. On the basis of theoretical model the complete program of patriotic education of students of technical school «We is developed are Russians!», realised within the limits of educational, nonlearning, scientific activity. Special productivity to development of patriotic qualities of students is provided with use of means of national pedagogics: traditions, customs, holidays, games, bylinas, fairy tales, historical songs, proverbs, etc.

5. Some groups of pedagogical conditions of efficiency of the given program are defined: the general, is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno - motivational, dejatelnostno-practical.

During the carried out research the hypothesis as a whole has found the acknowledgement, tasks in view are solved, the purpose is reached, it is possible to consider work finished.

The present research does not settle all urgency of a problem of patriotic education of youth at the present stage. Studying of ways of use of separate means of ethnopedagogics in development of patriotic qualities, finding-out of possibilities of general educational and professional disciplines in patriotic education of students can become the further directions of scientific work, etc.
