Research urgency. According to data of official statistics, modern minors condemned should be carried to a category of citizens with a low educational level, on what following tendencies specify: have no education of 1,9 % of minors, the initial general - 33 %, the core the general - 56 %, an average (full) the general - 7,1 %, average professional (an average special) - 1,6 % [1].

On an occupation by the arrest moment the considerable part condemned an educational colony is made by pupils of high school (50,8 %), persons without certain employment are 22,1 %, study in professional schools of 12,2 %, 3,6 % [2] work. Similar characteristics considerably complicate correction realisation as the purposes of activity of an educational colony as uchebnoyovospitatelnyj process in it «is directed on formation at minors condemned legislative behaviour, conscientious attitude to work and study, reception of initial vocational training, vocational training, increase of educational and cultural level» [3]. At the same time the federal state educational standard regulating activity of the educational organisations (which number in a certain measure the school of an educational colony concerns also), specifies in necessity of the organisation of vocational guidance: «pupils should be guided in the world of trades, understand value of professional work in interests of development of a society and the nature» [4]. Hence, it is possible to consider as especial problems of teaching and educational process:

- Mastering by ways and information search receptions about professional work, vocational training, a labour market, service of employment of the population;

- Creation of conditions for vocational guidance trained through system of work of teachers, psychologists, social teachers;

- General scientific methods of knowledge (the analysis, synthesis, an induction, deduction, comparison, generalisation, ordering, abstraction, analogy);

- Empirical methods (studying and the analysis of references on a problem, the analysis of the documentation and standard legal certificates of various level, supervision, questioning, conversation, modelling, experimental work and generalisation of its results);

- Methods of mathematical processing of results opytnoyoeksperimentalnogo researches (criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher).

The organisation and investigation phases. Research was spent to three interconnected stages.

At the first stage (2009 - 2011) during the analysis of scientific sources on philosophy, psychology, the theory and pedagogics history, proforientologii it has been specified essence of concepts «professional self-determination», "vocational counselling", «readiness for professional self-determination», «readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment», is revealed their specificity, interrelations are established. During studying of researches in area penitentsiarnoj pedagogics and penitentsiarnoj psychology, pedagogics histories formation of ideas of vocational guidance of minors condemned (including within the limits of their attraction to labour activity) is described.

At the second stage (2011 - 2012) During generalisation of theoretical bases of vocational guidance of minors condemned the pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, characterising substantial and organizational features of the given process has been developed. Conditions of realisation of model are theoretically allocated. The criteria corresponding to them indicators and levels sformirovannosti to readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned as measured result of vocational guidance for their further pedagogical diagnostics are defined. Pedagogical experiment on check of productivity of model is realised, pedagogical conditions of its efficiency are empirically proved. At the third stage (2012 - 2017) during analytical work it has been specified pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, are formulated the basic conclusions and recommendations. Introduction of results of research in penitentsiarnuju practice and educational process of departmental high schools is carried out. Definitive registration of results theoretical and an experimental research is executed.

Experimental base. 24 employees and 150 minors have taken part in experimental work condemned. In a forming stage of experiment participated 35 minors condemned to imprisonment, serving time in FKU «Kostroma educational colony UFSIN of Russia on Kostroma area», they have made experimental and control groups.

Reliability of research is provided with conformity of the selected methodology to the put problem; the importance of research theoretical positions; purposeful use of a complex of the research methods adequate to problems and stages of scientific research; application of methods of statistical processing of experimental data (calculation of criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher); research geography; reprezentativnostju experimental data; possibility of repetition of experiment in other conditions. It is designed, scientifically-is proved and the model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, showing the maintenance and the organisation of the given direction of pedagogical activity of an educational colony is checked experimentally up.

The theoretical importance of research consists that:

1. Interpretation of concepts «readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment» and «vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment» taking into account specificity of their application in penitentsiarnoj to a science and practice is carried out. The given concepts designate pedagogical essence of these phenomena, their orientation to personal formation and preparation of minors for a life on freedom.

The theoretical bases of pedagogical work in correctional facility in the field of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, realised in Russia and abroad during the various historical periods are generalised, its periodization based on specificity of means and subjects of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment is offered.

3. The model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its realisation is offered.

The practical importance of research consists that:

1. The technique of a pedagogical estimation sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment is developed.

2. 3. The pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, includes 3 blocks - target, soderzhatelnoyoorganizatsionnyj, diagnostic:

- The target block of model characterises target aspects of activity of an educational colony on vocational guidance of minors condemned - their maintenance resotsializatsii by means of activization of personal mechanisms of professional self-determination;

- In the is substantial-organizational block the theoretical bases (set of approaches), realisation principles, the maintenance, and also significant organizational features of the given pedagogical activity are designated;

- The diagnostic block contains criteria and levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, and also expected result of introduction and realisation of offered model.

4. Formation of readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination is carried out successfully under condition of realisation of the developed model, use of methodical maintenance of activity of an educational colony on vocational guidance (the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys") and internal organizational potential of an educational colony (is standard-legal maintenance, features of pedagogical activity of employees of an educational colony, a tutorial).

Approbation and introduction of results of research were carried out by means of the publication and introduction of the developed program in uchebnoyovospitatelnyj process of an educational colony, preparation of articles, reports, theses, performances at scientific conferences. Research materials are introduced in educational process VIPE FSIN of Russia (author's special courses) and practical activities of bodies and establishments FSIN of Russia to what 18 adoption deeds testify.

The purpose, problems and logic of research have defined structure of the dissertation which is stated on 321 pages of the typewritten text and consists of the introduction, two heads including 6 paragraphs, the conclusions, the bibliographic list of the literature (138 sources, including - 1 on a foreign language), 5 appendices.

In introduction the urgency of a theme of research is proved, degree of its readiness, a definite purpose, object, a subject, problems and a research hypothesis is specified; teoretiko-methodological bases, stages and research methods are presented; its scientific novelty, the practical and theoretical importance are opened; the positions which are taken out on protection are stated; data on validity, reliability and approbation of results of research are resulted.

The analysis of the basic scientific concept of research is carried out in chapter 1 «Theoretical bases of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment» - «readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment», «self-determination of minors condemned», «vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment»; development of ideas of vocational guidance of minors condemned as conditions of formation of their readiness for professional self-determination, in a pedagogical science and practice is tracked, the model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination in the conditions of an educational colony is presented.

For definition of essence of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment as a psihologo-pedagogical problem it is necessary to characterise its substantial and functional features, sources of occurrence, a formation problem in activity of experts of an educational colony. Execution of punishments concerning minors in an educational colony is carried out with a view of them resotsializatsii. It is realised by means of inclusion in activity (educational, labour), promoting their development and self-realisation and is wider - to self-determination. As the specific characteristic of the person self-determination is expressed in a concrete definition by it of outlooks on life, the vital positions reflecting both its interests, and society requirements.

Special element of self-determination is professional self-determination. In our research by the given concept the selective relation of the person to is professional-labour sphere is designated,
The way of self-realisation reached by the coordination of intrapersonal and socially-professional requirements preferred by it. Professional self-determination possesses variety of characteristics: it is guaranteed by the law; has difficult structure; it is carried out throughout all human life as independently (under the personal initiative), and under the influence of external influences.

The formalized external influence on professional self-determination is connected with realisation of a special direction of pedagogical activity - vocational guidance. In modern conditions it has the specificity - «pedagogical on methods, social under the maintenance, economic by results and state on the work organisation» [6]. Specificity of vocational guidance in an educational colony is defined by problems executed by it and organisation conditions.

As vocational guidance of minors condemned in our research is called activity of the employee of an educational colony (other expert), focused on interaction with the pupil for rendering to it of support in personal and social formation, social adaptation, decision-making on selected sphere of professional work and self-affirmation in it for the purpose of it resotsializatsii.

As specific pedagogical process vocational guidance of minors condemned possesses the especial purpose, object, methods and result. Its purpose is defined by the current legislation regulating the organisation of formation and execution of punishment concerning minors and consists in assistance resotsializatsii by rendering assistance in a trade choice. The Subject - the objective organisation of vocational guidance of an educational colony consists in interaction of minors with specially prepared employees, the special place among which is occupied with employees of group of social protection of the condemned. Methodical maintenance of vocational guidance in an educational colony includes set of educational, psychodiagnostic and emotionally-supporting methods, and also various methodical grants, actions, etc. As result of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony and a significant condition of their successful professional self-determination readiness for professional self-determination acts. It is the central scientific category of our research.

In a pedagogical science readiness name a special condition of the person (K.M.Dugaj-Novakova), presence of certain features (V.A.Slastenin), sistemoobrazujushchuju installation to activity with positive result (T.B.Gershkovich, M.T.Gromkova).

As integrativnoe quality of the person readiness includes knowledge, abilities, skills, a spirit on concrete actions. In sphere of professional self-determination readiness is substantially specified.

The carried out analysis of proceedings has allowed us to define readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, as integrativnoe the quality of the person consisting in a recognition of value of work, acquisition of special knowledge, the abilities, providing professional self-determination in imprisonment and requirement of realisation for work in postpenitentsiarnyj the period. Readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is formed during independent activity for choice trades and in the course of the vocational guidance which is carried out in an educational colony.

The maintenance of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, is defined, in our opinion, by its four-componental structure. It includes informatsionnoyokognitivnyj, emotional, motivational components, and also a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan. Their substantial characteristic is presented in the table (see table 1).

The orientation of process of formation of readiness for professional self-determination, its construction and selection of the maintenance of work of experts is defined harakterologicheskimi by features of the persons choosing a trade. The minors condemned to imprisonment, - a special category. Allocated with us on the basis of A.M.bandurki's researches, S.V. Berezina, I.V.Ignatenko, B.B. The Cossack, A.K.Lukinoj, A.I.Mokretsova, V.V. Novikova, A.I.Ushatikova, etc. feature of social development of minors condemned are united in three groups: reflecting actually development of mental functions and the valuable orientations, showing features sotsializirovanosti, reflecting specificity of behaviour and construction of mutual relations with microsociety.

The analysis of genesis of ideas of vocational guidance as conditions of professional self-determination of minors condemned became a basis of modelling of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned, promoting to formation of their readiness for professional self-determination and carrying out functions resotsializatsii. Studying of domestic researches and penitentsiarnoj experts has allowed 14

Each of stages is specific in a choice of means of vocational guidance of minors condemned.

The analysis of publications speaking another language has allowed to find out, that in a foreign science as special terminology for a designation of work correctional facility on formation of readiness for professional self-determination and application of work as means resotsializatsii minors condemned is not used. At the same time it is possible to assert, that in modern foreign penitentsiaristike there were special pedagogical concepts and models correctional facilities for the minors condemned to imprisonment, based on work influence on their behaviour and results resotsializatsii, thus process of maintenance of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned accompanies their process resotsializatsii and is based on activization of internal personal mechanisms of self-determination.

The conclusions received by us testify that the organisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned in the conditions of an educational colony is possible. It has allowed us to pass to modelling of process of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned and to allocation of the conditions providing its productivity in the conditions of an educational colony.

The pedagogical model of formation of readiness developed by us to professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, in an educational colony concerns a category structurally functional. Its integrity is provided with unity structural (the purpose, the process maintenance, result) and functional components (function, principles, means, criteria, levels) and blocks corresponding to them. The theoretical basis of the developed model was made by N.S.Prjazhnikova, E.J.Prjazhnikovoj, S.N.Chistjakovoj's approaches to understanding of essence of vocational guidance and problems of its subjects; N.V.Afanasevoj, G.N.Rezapkinoj, N.S.Prjazhnikova's workings out in area
Vocational guidance and tracing of its results; ideas A.K.Lukinoj and V.R.Schmidt about specificity of the organisation of vocational guidance of the minors who have entered the conflict to the law.

Structure of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, three blocks - target, soderzhatelnoyoorganizatsionnyj and diagnostic make. Specificity of the maintenance of blocks of model is defined by following especial characteristics of functioning of an educational colony as a whole and the organisation of teaching and educational process in it: isolation and limitation of space of ability to live of establishment and minors in it; prevalence direktivnosti in communications of employees with minors condemned; an insufficient inclusiveness of minors in the traditional culture, setting samples of professional self-determination. The model graphic representation is presented further (fig. 1).

The target block of model defines the maintenance of other blocks and reflects an urgency of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, for modern student teaching. The activity purpose on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is realised on the basis of the problems solved by an educational colony at the present stage, on the one hand, and the social order of the state to criminally-executive system - with another. It is carried out for maintenance resotsializatsii minors of the personal mechanisms of their professional self-determination condemned by means of activization.

In the is substantial-organizational block of model its theoretical bases (set of approaches), realisation principles, the maintenance, and also significant organizational features of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned as directions of pedagogical activity of an educational colony are designated. As a separate component of the block of model the complex of the pedagogical conditions providing productivity of given process acts.

Specificity of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in an educational colony the subject-subject defines interaction between the minor condemned and employees of an educational colony (other persons), carrying out pedagogical support of their choice of a trade, and also application in the given activity of special means - methods of vocational guidance and the complex program of vocational guidance of minors developed by the competitor condemned "Keys".

The diagnostic block of model contains the methods, allowing to trace results of activity of an educational colony in the field of vocational guidance of minors condemned; criteria and levels sformirovannosti their readiness for professional self-determination as expected result of introduction and realisation of pedagogical model.

Sensibleness of the personal professional plan as specific criterion is realised by means of accurate and certain intentions of the minor concerning the situation of professional self-determination.

On the basis of definition of essence of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned and the analysis of pedagogical activity in the field of its formation we had been defined three its levels sformirovannosti - high, average, low.

As means of pedagogical diagnostics of productivity of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned the developed questionnaires for condemned serve, to record in their individual working writing-books under the program "Keys", and also seminars, organizuemye for the employees of the educational colony acting as subjects of activity on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned.

In the second chapter «skilled-experimental work on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment» is described a course of skilled-experimental work on a substantiation of separate positions of a hypothesis of research, allocation and approbation of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness to professional samoopredleniju the minors condemned to imprisonment.

Skilled-experimental base of an ascertaining stage of experiment of a steel of 16 educational colonies FSIN of Russia. It has been focused on diagnostics of present level of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, and also condition studying penitentsiarnoj practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony.

For carrying out of interrogation of the condemned 7 research groups have been generated, each of which included pupils of a separate correctional facility. It was necessary, as opinions of groups essentially differed, testing the specific social influences connected with a place of a disposition and conditions of functioning of an educational colony, and also quantitative and qualitative characteristics of a contingent condemned, etc. the Analysis received in

It is possible to recognise, that respondents basically have representations in the questions necessary for a choice of a trade, and also are guided in search of sources of this information.

The emotional element of readiness for professional self-determination of respondents is on an average level sformirovannosti. Estimating value of work, minors define it as «earning money means» (86 %), «the effort directed on achievement of something» (26 - 53 % in various groups interrogated), «everything, that demands efforts, diligence and care» (14 - 30 %). The least popular answers became also: work is «that is made» (9 - 29 %) and «absolutely unnecessary thing» (3 - 6 %).

Specific feature of readiness for professional self-determination interrogated condemned is high level sformirovannosti its motivational component. The overwhelming majority of respondents is assured, that a trade to choose it is necessary - so consider 95 % of the interrogated minors. Thus from 60 to 90 % of respondents of various research groups undertake any actions for achievement of personal successes. At the same time they perceive labour activity as very simple employment allowing, not putting any efforts to reach something significant and important.

The most problem component of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is sensibleness of the personal professional plan. Its definiteness develops, in our opinion, from put forward by the minor condemned requirements to itself and a selected trade, and also experience of some labour activity and preparation for profile training. To 90 % of minors did not think of how they should conduct themselves and what to be to reach something in the chosen trade. Thus own readiness for a trade choice as a whole is estimated by the interrogated minors positively (55 - 81 %).

Thus, results of interrogation allow to assert, that the most generate represent is information-kognitivnyj also emotional components of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned.

The research carried out by us also has revealed, that high level of readiness for professional self-determination 25 % show, average - 44 %, low - 31 % of respondents. Distribution on levels of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in concrete groups interrogated is reflected in table 2.

penitentsiarnaja practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony also has been subjected studying - interrogation of employees of 16 educational colonies has been with that end in view spent. The carried out research has allowed to reveal three categories of the most actual for the given activity of problems: substantial,

Organizational, performing.

Substantial problems: comprehension by the interrogated experts of an educational colony of problems of the organisation of vocational guidance, but refusal of responsibility for their decision; absence of techniques of the vocational guidance adapted for conditions of an educational colony.

Organizational problems: absence of fixedness of functions of vocational guidance for the concrete employee of an educational colony; absence of interaction and the work control in the given direction; absence of interest of a society, unwillingness to co-operate with representatives of an educational colony.

Performing problems: absence of orientation in activity of employees of educational colonies on preparation condemned to a trade choice; absence of the qualified personnel, capable to carry out vocational guidance as a special direction of pedagogical activity of an educational colony.

Thus, the ascertaining stage of experiment has revealed level of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, insufficient for qualitative realisation of a trade choice by them, but sufficient for the further enrichment in the conditions of vocational guidance of the educational colony, promoting them resotsializatsii and preparation for a life on freedom.

The forming stage of experiment has been devoted approbation of the developed pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

As experimental base of forming experiment has acted FKU «Kostroma educational colony UFSIN of Russia on Kostroma area». 35 persons have taken part In experimental work. For experiment carrying out 2 groups - control (17 people) and experimental (18 people) have been generated.

Groups are homogeneous (fig. 2) see. They are approximately in an equal parity as in a cut of levels, and components of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned. Groups were formed without age, educational, social characteristics of minors in connection with objective impossibility to organise specific experimental work in separate specialised groups.

Condition of the organisation of experimental group was preservation of all elements of experiment (defined by pedagogical model of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and experimental conditions). In control group it is incomplete:

- There is no variety of subjects of the vocational guidance involved in realisation of the complex program "Keys";

- Traditional pedagogical methods of influence on condemned, developments not quite answering to a modern condition proforientatsionnoj and a pedagogical science and the experts which have been not adapted under possibilities of minors condemned and not stimulating their interest to a choice of a trade are used;

- The potential of the internal organizational environment of an educational colony is involved partially.

By other criteria of group are practically equivalent. Vocational guidance of minors condemned in them is carried out according to the uniform purpose accepted by all experts; involved in carrying out of employment, on the basis of use of the complete set of grants under the program "Keys" developed by us; it is regulated by uniform administrative structures; its course is reflexed by all subjects.

Forming experiment assumed modelling of the pedagogical conditions raising productivity of activity of an educational colony on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment, at the expense of use of special pedagogical means.

The first condition - methodical maintenance of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned (the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys").

The complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned "Keys" is focused on formation of representations of minors about bases of a choice of a trade, their maintenance with the information necessary for it, and also on development in them of skills tselepolaganija and vocational training and future planning.

The complete set of methodical grants includes: a writing-book on a printing basis for minors and a methodical management for the trainer (the employee of an educational colony who is carrying out pedagogical support of a choice of a trade by minors, condemned to imprisonment). The grant for minors represents a writing-book on a printing basis [7]. The methodical management for the trainer urged to help to organise employment and contains necessary theoretical materials, and also methodical recommendations about carrying out of employment of the program.

The maintenance of the program reflected in both methodical grants, includes 6 blocks:

- The block «What keys happen?» Stirs up activity of minors condemned for choice trades;

- The block «Why it is necessary to have the keys?» Allows teenagers to understand features and rules of the realised choice of a trade;

- The block «How to try a correct key?» Provides minors with the necessary information, allowing to avoid typical errors in a trade choice to define the factors influencing it;

- The block «Doors and keys» is focused on revealing of knowledge of minors about a labour market and formation of the abilities necessary for self-presentation in the course of search of work;

- The block «How to make the key?» Helps condemned to allocate priorities in planning of professional prospects;

- The block «Design of a key» allows to carry out search of ways of achievement of the professional purposes, to realise possible obstacles).

Each substantial block of the program "Keys" is presented by exercises (game, diagnostic, etc.) and written tasks. Tests and tasks are picked up taking into account age and social features of minors condemned. They allow the employee-leader, having built in system of valuable reference points of minors to modify it, and also to generate trades of representation necessary for a choice and ability.

Exercises of several types are included in the program. The exercises focused on performance of tasks in a writing-book, provide following kinds of work of minors:

- Individual answers to questions with the subsequent discussion in the group, allowing to correct positions of the condemned;

- Estimation and the description of the information with use of the algorithms, the facilitating minor work with the task;

- Ranging of the offered positions with the subsequent discussion;

- Written statement of opinion on any question;

- Introspection on the basis of the offered questions;

- Performance of graphic exercises and work with tables;

- Testing.

The second condition - use of potential of the internal organizational environment of an educational colony. As the resources of an educational colony providing success of the organisation of vocational guidance

Minors condemned, were used: positions of the standard legal certificates regulating realisation of vocational guidance in activity of an educational colony; the educational classes equipped with means; library base of an educational colony (a literature selection); work of the circles promoting a choice of a trade; interaction of an educational colony with various subjects (the centre of employment of the population, the public and state organisations, carrying out work with teenagers).

The analysis of repeated questioning and the data received as a result of use of other research methods, has allowed to reveal dynamics of productivity of influence of the conditions proved by us on level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, as result of their vocational guidance in an educational colony. Results of experiment for control and experimental groups are presented in table 3.

In the quantitative plan readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned was transformed in both groups: indicators by all criteria have increased.

The most essential changes have occurred in experimental group. For check of their statistical importance we had been used criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher. The received value of criterion of Fisher (1, 707) is in a zone of statistically authentic significant distinctions for μ≤ 0,05 (see table 4). The revealed distinctions integrativnogo an indicator are statistically authentic, that allows to consider results of an experimental research objective.

In the qualitative plan (i.e. it is substantial) all elements of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned have changed. More essential changes have occurred in informatsionnoyokognitivnom a component and a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan.

From 34,5 % to 83,5 % the quantity of minors condemned the experimental group, showing high level sformirovannosti a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan has increased.

As a result of the spent experimental work it is possible to assert, that the minors condemned to imprisonment, began to concern the professional world differently: they show the big awareness on the maintenance and features of concrete trades. Their relation to significant conditions of a choice of a trade has essentially changed also. The acquired knowledge has caused updating of opinion on potential assistants in their professional choice, sources proforientatsionnoj information,
Possible conditions of acquisition of practical knowledge and the abilities facilitating a choice of a trade.

To the constant analysis in the correct form process of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment in which they have been included, and also employees FKU «Kostroma VK UFSIN was exposed also to Russia on Kostroma area». Everyone considered, what of the theoretical and praktiko-focused knowledge were useful, what other information can be claimed minors condemned. The developed working writing-books and specialised seminars for employees were for this purpose used.

Within the limits of an introduction seminar employees have been acquainted with the purpose and features of the organisation of experimental work, and also the pedagogical conditions providing its productivity. Also discussion of objective difficulties of inclusion proforientatsionnyh employment in teaching and educational process of an educational colony has been organised.

During a finishing seminar realisations of the program of experiment as on experimental and control groups as a whole, and at level of the separate pupil involved in experiment have been summed up. Representatives of territorial body FSIN of Russia have designated expediency of introduction of the complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned "Keys" in activity FKU «Kostroma educational colony UFSIN of Russia on Kostroma area» and have allocated a number of the conditions promoting increase of productivity of its realisation of the program "Keys" in mass student teaching of educational colonies.

In the dissertation conclusion the basic conclusions confirming the theoretical and practical importance of research are formulated:

1. Readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, grows out of the process of vocational guidance realised in an educational colony. It integrativnoe the quality of the person consisting in a recognition of value of work, acquisition of special knowledge, the abilities, providing professional self-determination nesovershennoletni in imprisonment and their requirement of realisation for work in postpenitentsiarnyj the period.

In structure of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment 4 components are allocated: it is information-kognitivnyj, emotional, motivational, a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan.

Formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to deprivation, is defined by features of their socialisation in the conditions of imprisonment and isolation from a society, and also characteristics of their psihologo-pedagogical and social development. Specificity of psihologo-pedagogical and social development of minors condemned, in our opinion, is defined by their following base characteristics: actually development of mental functions and
Valuable orientations, features sotsializirovannosti, behaviour and construction of mutual relations with microsociety.

2. The analysis of genesis of ideas of vocational guidance of minors condemned has allowed to reveal, that in development of vocational guidance of minors condemned it is possible to allocate a number of stages: the first - a stage of understanding of the importance and necessity of realisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned, being in isolation; the second - a stage of creation and approbation of separate means of vocational guidance of minors condemned; the third - a stage of inclusion of vocational guidance in the general system of problems of an educational colony. Each of stages is specific in a choice of forms and methods of vocational guidance of minors condemned.

In foreign penitentsiaristike functioning of social institute of vocational guidance is provided by a variety of theoretical concepts, curriculums on practical preparation of minors for a trade choice, wide use of information resources. Vocational guidance is intensive and promotes development subektnosti the minor - prepares it for the actions proved, rational and focused on a labour market for choice for a trade. Research has shown, that concepts of corrective influence and model of activity correctional facilities for the minors, based on work influence on resotsializatsiju condemned and formation of its readiness for a trade choice are abroad generated.

3. The pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, includes target, is substantial-organizational and diagnostic blocks.

4. Pedagogical conditions of realisation of model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, act: realisation of the complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned, generated from raznourovnevyh the tasks considering educational level, social development of minors condemned, stimulating their readiness for professional self-determination in imprisonment and requirement of realisation for work in postpenitentsiarnyj the period; use of internal organizational potential of an educational colony (is standard-legal maintenance of activity, organizational work of employees and materialnoyotehnicheskoj bases of establishment).

Thus, it is possible to ascertain, that results of the theoretical analysis and skilled-experimental work have confirmed legitimacy of the put forward hypothesis.
