Research urgency.

Creative activity - deep requirement of the person and often is defining in its professional self-realisation. Development of the creative beginning in the teacher of an elementary school - an indispensable condition of efficiency of its professional work.

The federal state standard of the initial general education (FGOS NOO) demands much of the maximum creative realisation of the teacher of an elementary school. The traditional system of improvement of professional skill focused, mainly, for reproductive ways of mastering of knowledge and abilities does not provide requirement of the teacher of an elementary school for creative self-development. Disclosing of creative inclinations of the teacher of an elementary school is promoted by purposeful self-educational activity. In the given conditions search of new forms of the self-education promoting formation of individual style of pedagogical activity, the development, the abilities put in pawn by the nature to creativity and critical thinking becomes a paramount problem of the teacher of an elementary school. In this connection special value get requirement, aspiration and ability of the teacher in self-educational activity to master ways and receptions of the organisation of creative activity.

One of modern ways of the decision of a problem of preparation of creatively working teacher is increase of its qualification on purpose «receptions of the new competence necessary for professional work» (article 76 of the Federal law «About formation in the Russian federation»). During too time to a creative aspect of activity of the teacher and specificity of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity of due attention it is not given neither in scientific researches, nor in practice of additional vocational training.

Thus, during the analysis of theoretical researches and practical experience on a studied problem contradictions are revealed:

- Between requirement of modern school for creatively working teacher of an elementary school and level of its competence of realisation and the organisation of creative activity for educational process;

- Between requirement of the teacher of an elementary school for acquisition of skills of creative activity in the course of self-education and an insufficient readiness of forms of self-educational activity at educational institution level;

- Between the big pedagogical possibilities of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity and insufficient use of self-education, as forms of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical workers at modern school.

The given contradictions have caused statement of the scientific problem consisting in working out of pedagogical model, technology and revealing of pedagogical conditions of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

Object of research - self-educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school.

Object of research - pedagogical essence, the maintenance and structure of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

Research objective - to develop, scientifically to prove, empirically to check up efficiency of pedagogical model of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

Proceeding from an object in view, research problems are defined:

1. On the basis of the analysis of the psihologo-pedagogical literature to specify pedagogical essence and the concept maintenance «creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school».

2. To reveal features of self-educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school.

3. To allocate structural components, criteria and levels sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school of self-educational activity.

4. To develop and realise pedagogical model of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

5. To develop and realise pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

The hypothesis has been put in a research basis: formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity will be productive, if:

- The concept maintenance «creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school» that promotes understanding of an essence of the given phenomenon is opened;

- Features of self-educational activity of the teacher of the elementary school are defined, allowing to define an orientation of process of formation of creative competence;

- Structural components, criteria and levels sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school of self-educational activity that promotes increase of efficiency of educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school are revealed;

- The pedagogical model of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity which acts as a basis of the organisation of self-educational process of the teacher of an elementary school is developed and realised;

- The pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity which allows to solve tasks in view most effectively is developed and realised.

Research methods. For the decision of tasks in view the complex of complementary methods of research has been used: theoretical - the analysis of scientific sources on a research problem, the conceptual analysis
Executed before dissertational researches, modelling; empirical - conversation, questioning, the testing, ascertaining and forming experiments; statistical - quantitative and qualitative processing of empirical data.

Base and the research organisation. Research was carried out on the basis of MBOU SOSH № by 94 it. Of General Lizjukova A.I, MBOU SOSH №1, Grammar schools № 2 of Voronezh. 68 teachers of an elementary school took part in research. Research was spent to three interconnected stages.

At the first stage (2010-2011) the problem of research has been proved and its condition in a science by means of the theoretical analysis psihologoyopedagogicheskoj literatures is studied; the scientific device and the research program are developed.

At the second stage (2011-2012) the pedagogical model and pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity are developed, pedagogical conditions of realisation of model are revealed, ascertaining and forming experiments in which course skilled-experimental check of model is carried out are made.

At the third stage (2012-2013) materials of forming experiment are analysed, its results are generalised, theoretical conclusions on realisation of pedagogical model and pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity are developed; the dissertation text is issued.

Scientific novelty of research consists that:

Improvements of professional skill of pedagogical workers, specify scientific representations about value of self-educational activity in formation of creative competence of teachers of an elementary school; on the basis of the analysis of the scientific psihologo-pedagogical literature and the state educational standard of the initial general education components of creative competence of structure of professional competence of the teacher of an elementary school are defined; the methodology of the effective organisation and nauchnoyometodicheskogo support of process, formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school is developed; substantive provisions and research conclusions can promote increase of creative activity of teachers of an elementary school, preparation of creatively conceiving graduates of an elementary school and increase of efficiency of researches on the given problematics.

The practical importance of research consists in working out of pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity which allows to prepare the teacher of an elementary school for the organisation of creative activity of younger schoolboys that promotes education of creatively conceiving graduate of an elementary school.

Independent value has scientifically-methodical maintenance of process of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in the self-educational activity, a special course including the program for teachers of an elementary school «Self-educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school within the limits of a creative workshop», the program for after-hour activity of pupils of an elementary school «Non-standard activity it is interesting!»; research materials can be used in practice of work of an elementary school and find application in system of improvement of professional skill of teachers.

Reliability and validity of results of research are provided by methodological validity of initial theoretical positions, application of a complex of the methods corresponding to problems and an object of research, the organisation of skilled-experimental work, with personal participation of the author, consistency of theoretical positions and the empirical data received during research; scientific approbation of research, the course and which results were discussed at the All-Russia and regional conferences and reflected in publications.

Personal participation of the competitor in research and reception of scientific results consists in studying of a condition of an investigated problem; the organisations of work of a creative workshop, as the teacher - the winner of municipal competition the teacher of year-2005, carrying out the master - classes for teachers of an elementary school within the limits of the developed technology, formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity; experiment carrying out, processing of the received data, working out of scientifically-methodical recommendations about formation of the creative

Self-educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school it is carried out with the account of specific features of its person and pedagogical experience, motivation presence on participation in creative self-educational activity, comprehension of pedagogical value of creative making professional competence of the teacher of an elementary school, readiness for constant replenishment and creative transformation of the information, ability to a purposeful reflexion of pedagogical experience of colleagues.

3. The structure of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school contains tsennostno-motivational, kognitivno - constructive, refleksivnoyotselevoj components. The Tsennostno-motivational component includes the actions connected with motivation of the teacher on creative self-development, tsennostnoyosmyslovuju an orientation of self-educational program of formation of the creative competence. The Kognitivno-constructive component consists of set of knowledge and abilities of realisation and the organisation of creative activity in an elementary school. The is reflective-target component includes level definition sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in the course of introspection and diagnosing of pedagogical activity.

According to structural components three criteria sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school are allocated: an orientation on creativity in professional work of the teacher; functional readiness of the teacher for the decision of creative problems; verbal kreativnost.

- The criterion of an orientation on creativity in professional work of the teacher is characterised by such indicators as a creative orientation of the person; creative possibilities of the person; valuable orientations.

- The criterion of functional readiness of the teacher to the decision of creative problems is reflected in such indicators, as scientific-theoretical, methodical preparation and personal readiness of the teacher for creative activity.

- The criterion verbal kreativnosti reveals through following indicators: originality, universality, efficiency.

The criteria allocated during analitiko-synthetic activity sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school of self-educational activity became initial for their studying urovnevyh displays. According to the allocated criteria and indicators levels sformirovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school are defined: low, average, high.

4. The pedagogical model of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity includes:

- The purpose of pedagogical model: formations of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school and problems following from it: development of valuable installations on participation in creative activity; development of productive ways of realisation of pedagogical activity; creative use of modern forms, means and methods of the decision of non-standard pedagogical problems;

- Principles of realisation of pedagogical model (the organisation of self-educational activity on the basis of the decision of creative problems; support on own pedagogical experience and pedagogical experience of colleagues; an individualization of self-educational activity; actualisations of results of formation of creative competence of the teacher);

- Components of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity (tsennostno-motivational; kognitivnoyokonstruktivnyj; is reflective-target);

- Criteria of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity (an orientation on creativity in professional work of the teacher; functional readiness of the teacher for the decision of creative problems; verbal kreativnost);

5. The pedagogical technology of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity includes:

- Self-educational activity of the teacher of an elementary school under the individual plan (purpose statement, plan working out, plan realisation);

- Partner interaction with the teacher the master within the limits of a creative workshop (the creative analysis of pedagogical experience, creative acceptance of pedagogical experience; creative formation);

- Specially organised, regular self-educational, creative activity (to be able to put forward ideas to deviate known schemes of the thinking, different ways to find the decision in problem situations to put knowledge into practice), carried out by the teacher-master and teachers, members of a creative workshop for the purpose of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school.

- Work in small groups, independent work on designing of the changed maintenance and creation of creative projects, short performances following the results of self-educational activity during the periods between employment in a creative workshop.

Approbation of results of research.

The basic results of research were reported and have met with approval at sessions of methodical association of teachers of initial classes of Kominternovsky area of of Voronezh, at courses of improvement of qualification of the Voronezh regional institute of improvement of professional skill and retraining of educators, at regional, inter-regional, All-Russia and international scientifically-practical conferences. Dissertation substantive provisions have found reflexion in curriculums and workings out.

The given work is executed within the limits of the Federal target program of a development of education for 2011-2015 of the project «Working out and approbation of the standard and instrumentalno-methodical materials providing introduction of federal state standards of the initial general education», actions 3 «Working out and introduction of new state educational standards of the initial general education», problems I «Perfection of the maintenance and technologies of formation».

Dissertation structure. The dissertation is stated on 207 pages, consists of the introduction, two heads, the conclusion, the bibliography including 157 names. In appendices materials of scientifically-methodical maintenance of process of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity are presented.
