The research urgency is caused by the general tendencies of spiritual transformation of Russia, correction of methodological bases of preschool education in general and training to a foreign language in particular, necessity of the creative approach to formation and development of the person of the child and definition of the most perspective directions of development of education systems and cultures of Russia.

Modern children can live and work in the XXI-st century, from the earliest age they appear in circulation of huge streams of the information. At the same time, for them such negative qualities as deterioration of perception, memories, abilities to dialogue, absence of motivation to the doctrine, etc. All it demands change not only the situation in educational sphere, but also traditional pedagogical methods, especially in work with children of preschool age as in a childhood the basic qualities of the person are pawned, including its abilities and ideals are characteristic. Without the decision of theoretical and practical problems of formation of the active person, since the period of the preschool childhood, it is impossible to speak about spiritual revival of a society.

Accent carrying over to public consciousness from prevalence of training on development is expressed in necessity of change of requirements to a pedagogical education, education, development from preschool age. From here necessity of all-round, integrated development of children becomes one of strategic problems of pedagogics, the main vector of obrazovatelno-educational processes of different level. Therefore before teachers of the general and an additional education new horizons of research activity in search of effective approaches and ways of the decision of a problem of pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of children, since preschool age open.

Now the preschool organisations and establishments are engaged in various obligatory and additional educational activity. Simultaneously many establishments of an additional education of children have departed from fields of activity habitual for them and, having lowered an age lath of reception till 3-4 years, have opened new branches (for example, branches of early aesthetic development with inclusion in them of a subject "foreign language"). At rough quantitative growth of the preschool educational organisations which are engaged in an additional education, has increased, naturally, quantity of organizational decisions of a problem. However backlog in pedagogical maintenance of reformed pedagogical systems preschool and an additional education became appreciable.

The additional education of children has taken roots in public consciousness as a necessary link in education of the many-sided person,
In its formation and early vocational counselling. Value of an additional education in its variety and raznonapravlennosti, in strengthening possibility variativnoj a component of the general preschool education. The important functions are the help to preschool children in alignment of their starting possibilities before training at school, development of their abilities, noegenesis and formation of necessary qualities of the person.

However, if the purposes, the maintenance and quality of a preschool education were accurately designated by federal state standard of a preschool education disputes on a role and mission of an additional education in development of preschool children do not cease.

Till now discussions about expediency of training of preschool children to a foreign language are conducted. Even supporters of early language development of children, cannot unequivocally answer, where and how to learn to a foreign language. There is obscure up to the end a role and a place of establishments of an additional education in system of early development of children. In many of them, where there are branches early (as a rule, aesthetic) developments of children, are not present communication between separate disciplines, and a foreign language there exists, but without the due explanatory of the corresponding bases, that besides speaks about absence of due pedagogical maintenance and support.

For last decades many modern researchers to some extent concerned various aspects of training of preschool children to a foreign language. By present time there is a number of scientific publications in the field of a technique and technologies of early training to a foreign language. First, it is the works opening a problem integrated or integrativnogo of training of preschool children and schoolboys of elementary grades (E.J.Bahtalina, L.V.Gadelija, S.M.Gapizova, I.V.Krenyova, M.V.Lazareva, E.N.nelzina, N.N.Trubanyova, V.N.Shatskih). Secondly, the works constructed on research of complex use of such methodological approaches, as lichnostnoyoorientirovannyj and integrativnyj (M.V.ShCherbakova). A number of authors the researches to a foreign language on various bases, using, for example, have devoted to training writing and fantastic histories (G.D.Tkachuk, N.A.Malkin, F.R.Habibrahmanova), figurative presentation (E.A.Romanovsky); Creative situations (T.S.Ksenofontova), uchebno-game activity (A.A.Dolgova), subject and sjuzhetno-situational basis (K.K.Ostapenko, N.V.Rybakova), is musical-rhythmic basis (I.I.nevezhina), support on pesennuju melodiku (So-called Gnilova).

The researches devoted to use of various means in the course of training are presented also: nonverbal (N.T.Oganesyan), theatrically-drama (puppet theatre) (S.A.Smirnova, N.V.Ivanov). The group of researches opens a technique of training to a foreign language in cooperation of subjects of training (E.G.Ivanov) or in the conditions of their joint activity (N.N.posmyotkina). And, at last, works,

One of directions of conducted searches is connection of training to a foreign language with is art-aesthetic development of pupils. Here we will note L.P.Zagornoj's publications about working out of the integrated course of a foreign language on the basis of an art material, V.M.Filotova about uchebno-methodical complexes on communicative, game and integrativnoj to a basis; R.I.Voroninoj about communication of integration and variativnoj the organisations of training to a foreign language; I.N.Zoteevoj about intersubject integration at training to the French language; O.P.Ereminoj about training to a foreign language on integrativnoj to a basis. We will allocate M.V.Lazarevoj's basic research on the integrated training of children in preschool educational institutions.

Despite wide enough spectrum of the presented publications, we yet did not manage to find the in-depth studies devoted to a problem of studying of pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of the person of the child, its preparation for training in school in the conditions of additional education establishment. All it also causes an urgency of the selected theme.

The problem field of research arises by consideration of following contradictions:

- Between existence of various technologies of training of preschool children to a foreign language and an insufficient level of scrutiny of their influence on personal development of preschool children, their preparation for school;

- Between existing practice of training of preschool children to foreign languages and absence of its aiming at all-round integrated development of preschool children;

- Between necessity of integrated development of children of preschool age in the conditions of establishments of an additional education and absence of necessary pedagogical maintenance of the designated process.

Our vision of a condition of the specified contradictions defines a research problem: what should be pedagogical maintenance of training to a foreign language of preschool children in establishments of an additional education which would lead to their integrated development?

Research theme: «Pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of preschool children in additional education establishments (on a training material to English language)».

Research objective - revealing, a substantiation and experimental check of the pedagogical means providing integrated development of preschool children in the course of their training to English language in establishment of an additional education.

Object of research - development of preschool children in additional education establishment.

Object of research - the pedagogical means providing integrated development of preschool children in the conditions of establishment of an additional education of children.

The following hypothesis is put in a research basis: if training of preschool children to a foreign language in the conditions of additional education establishments is carried out on the basis of necessary pedagogical maintenance it will promote their integrated development and formation of readiness for school training, including formation of prototypes of universal educational actions.

The purpose and research hypothesis have defined necessity of the decision of following problems:

1) to study and concretise concepts integrativnosti and integralnosti in pedagogical process of establishment of an additional education of children;

2) to reveal and characterise developing potential of training of preschool children to English language on integrativnoj to a basis in establishments of an additional education of children;

3) to define substantial components of pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of preschool children in additional education establishment;

4) to spend experimental check of a complex of the pedagogical means providing integrated development of preschool children in establishment of an additional education;

5) to develop methodical recommendations about the organisation of studying of foreign languages in establishments of an additional education of children focused on integrated development of preschool children and their preparation for school.

As methodological and theoretical basis of research about interrelation of substantial components of formation scientific positions of pedagogics have served in development of the person of children of preschool age, work under the theory of development of preschool children (h.p. Vygotsky, L.A.Venger, V.V. Davidov, A.Z.Zaporozhets, L.V.Zankov, A.V.Kudryavtsev, A.H.Markova, D.B.Elkonin); theories of training to foreign languages (to A.A.Leontev, I.A.winter, I.L.Bim, E.I.Passov, etc.); proceedings on the organisation of early training to foreign languages (S.A.Amonashvili, A.I.Shahnarovich, E.I.Negnevitsky, N.D.Galskova, I.A.Zimnjaja, V.M.Filatov); publications on problems integrativnogo N.N.Achkasovoj, L.V.Gadelii's training, So-called Gnilovoj, K.J.Kolesinoj, E.V.Kuleshovoj, M.V.Lazarevoj, I.I.nevezhinoj, E.N.nelzinoj, etc.

We use also following scientific approaches to the organisation of pedagogical activity and work with children:
aksiologichesky, dejatelnostnyj, lichnostno-focused, integrativnyj, technological.

For the decision of tasks in view the complex of complementary methods of scientific research was used: theoretical methods (the analysis of the pedagogical and psychological literature, dissertational researches; comparison and generalisation of materials on a research theme; modelling, generalisation of pedagogical experience); empirical methods (ascertaining and forming experiments, supervision, conversation, testing, sotsiometrija, interrogations); methods of mathematical statistics for processing and acknowledgement of results of research.

The basic investigation phases. As base of research the municipal educational institution of an additional education of children (MOU DOD) "Egorevsky children's school of arts" (Egoryevsk, the Moscow area) has served. Research work passed during the period with 2004 for 2014 and included three stages.

At the first stage (problemno-search) (2004-2006) the pedagogical and psychological literature on problems of training to a foreign language of preschool children and their developments has been analysed, the research theme is proved; a definite purpose, object, a subject, a hypothesis, research problems; the concept and theoretical model of realisation integrativnoj techniques of training to a foreign language in educational process of establishments of an additional education are developed, the three-year propaedeutic curriculum to English language of children of preschool age is developed, diagnostic techniques are selected and criteria of an estimation of level of integrated development of preschool children are developed.

At the second stage (experimental) (2006-2011), after carrying out of ascertaining experiment, the analysis and an estimation of results of research and specification of theoretical positions, forming and control stages of experiment have been carried out. Current results were approved at scientific conferences.

At the third stage (generalising) (2011-2014) processing, the analysis, generalisation and ordering of the received data is spent, results of research in the form of the dissertation are issued; the basic results are published in scientific magazines; methodical recommendations in practice of Egorevsky children's school of arts are developed and introduced.

Scientific novelty of research:

1) definition of concepts "integrativnost" is specified and "integralnost" in pedagogics, system character of these concepts, their semantic and qualitative distinction is shown. Integrativnost it is characterised as association of components in a single whole including synthesis remedial and resultants of components of integration. Thus integration acts in a kind and process (creation integrativnoj
Technologies), and result (integrated development of the child), and its each component itself can be integrativnoj integrity. Integralnost it is treated in the form of a qualitative condition of indissolubility, integrity, vsestoronnosti and it is understood as indissoluble many-sided nature. Degree integrativnosti and integralnosti are among themselves in direct dependence.

- Necessity of application integrativnoj technologies of training of preschool children to a foreign language in establishments of the additional education, providing formation of preconditions of the specific universal educational actions promoting integrated development of preschool children and their effective preparation for school is proved;

- Theoretically proved system of pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of the preschool children, including pedagogical conditions, author's integrativnuju pedagogical technology, methods, organizational forms and means is checked experimentally up,

- Sources, the documents considering theoretical positions about training and development of children of preschool age in educational process of sphere of an additional education are entered into a scientific turn the literature on a foreign language (English language).

The practical importance of research consists that developed by the author pedagogical integrativnaja technology of integrated development of preschool children, the program of a propaedeutic curriculum of preschool children to English language, methodical recommendations to teachers and parents on its organisation are introduced and are already used in practice of work MOU DOD "Egorevsky children's school of arts" (Egoryevsk, the Moscow area). They will find application in educational process as additional education establishments, and preschool educational institutions.

Results of research can be used also by preparation of the future teachers of a foreign language, teachers of an additional education and tutors of the preschool educational organisations, at improvement of professional skill of teachers; to enter into the maintenance elektivnogo a course «Training of preschool children to English language» at faculties of foreign languages of pedagogical high schools and colleges, or additional professional educational program of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical workers in quality variativnogo the module.

Reliability of results of research is caused by methodological validity of the maintenance and logic of research, conformity of conceptual positions to tendencies of development of modern formation, a variety of methods of the research adequate to object, a subject, the purpose and problems of work, experimental work, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the experimental data confirmed with methods of the mathematical statistics.

The positions which are taken out on protection:

1. Training of preschool children of 4-6 years to a foreign language on integrativnoj to a basis in establishments of an additional education of children is considered as one of directions of the early training focused on integrated development of the academic, specific (art) and communicative abilities.

Integrated development of children represents pedagogical process of occurrence of a complex of the difficult intellectual and personal new growths conducting to perfection of the person as a whole. In integrated development of preschool children communicative and reflective components are allocated intellektualnoyooperatsionalnyj, aksiologichesky.

2. Additional education establishments, owing to specificity of the work, possess a more potential in development of preschool children including at training to a foreign language, however in the conditions of additional education establishment is inexpedient to put a problem of training of preschool children to a foreign language as it should act as means of their development.

Realisation of the maintenance of training of preschool children to a foreign language (in our case - to English) in establishments of an additional education of children demands use pedagogical integrativnoj the technology uniting creative development of preschool children, formation of abilities, dialogue skills on a foreign language; formation of preconditions for formation of universal educational actions.

3. Integrativnaja the pedagogical technology of training of children of preschool age to English language in additional education establishments contains game, is musical-rhythmic, teatralnoyodramatichesky, graphic components and is constructed on the basis of a fairy tale as literary form. It integrates such kinds of activity as
Game, playing music, ritmoplastika, a pantomime, dramatisation, drawing, listening of fairy tales, dialogue in native and English languages. Influence appears on intellectual sphere (development of informative processes), emotionally-strong-willed (development of emotional responsiveness and skills of self-control of behaviour); social sphere (development of abilities of interaction with the adult and contemporaries, communicative skills, etc.), that provides integrated development of children.

4. Pedagogical maintenance of integrated development of preschool children includes potential, pedagogical conditions and features of activity of establishment of an additional education of children, author's integrativnuju pedagogical technology, methods, organizational forms and means, a propaedeutic course of English language, methodical recommendations for teachers and parents.

Application condition integrativnoj technologies is competence of the teacher not only of preschool pedagogics and professional sphere, but also of corresponding directions of educational area "Art" (music, rhythmics, bases drama and the fine arts, a basis of a literary composition), assuming also its necessary level kreativnosti and artistries.

The dissertation structure is defined by research problems, logic of disclosing of a theme and consists of the introduction, three heads, the conclusion, the list of the literature and appendices. The basic maintenance of work is stated on 150 pages. In the dissertation text contain: 3 schemes, 3 drawings, 22 tables.
