Occurrence of a network the Internet and the growth which has followed it of all kinds of information production, increase in communicative possibilities at the expense of occurrence of social networks (Facebook, VKontakte, Twitter, LiveJournal, etc.) have changed mankind representations about kinds, forms, speeds of dialogue, have created the big number of new trades in sphere as actually the Internet and IT technologies, and in where these new tools (various kinds so-called freelance, remote employment, start-up and many other things) are used. On the other hand, the new technologies introduced in daily human life, actual today projects of "the electronic government», have forced everyone

For this reason in a pedagogical discourse the question is actively discussed how as much as possible effectively to use Internet resources in training at formation key educational kompetentsy.

- The information-administrative systems providing passage of information streams between all participants of educational process: pupils, teachers, administration, parents, the public - and the representation of the information most convenient for them, concerning educational process [169].

In this value the concept "Internet resources" is used in our work. Accordingly,

3) absence of geographical borders (language borders remain, but with distribution and perfection of a different sort of translational programs they considerably weaken);

4) set of aspects of interaction; coexistence of the various social groups which are carriers of different interests, co-operating on the basis of formal and informal communications and realising various kinds of joint activity;

5) interactivity - necessity of a feedback, response to messages or the information, level of direct interaction with the environment of the Internet.

The analysis of characteristics of Internet space and specificity of its development of feature allow to define the major tendencies, significant for an education sphere:

1. The general increase in quantity of the information counting on an individual, including the multimedia information (a sound, video). All set of the knowledge developed by mankind for all its history is gradually transferred To the Internet. For educational process it opens really enormous prospects (new possibilities for self-education of teachers, the organisations of educational activity and so forth).
