The research urgency is caused by necessity of achievement of fuller istoriko-pedagogical judgement of process of formation and development of theoretical bases of man's and female formation of noble family as one of defining factors of formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of Russia of the investigated period.

Necessity of the reference to the given circle of problems is caused:

- Requirement of revealing of the factors which have generated a phenomenon of occurrence of theoretical bases of domestic formation of noble family of the end XVIII - first third XIX centuries;

- Necessity of revealing of value of theoretical bases of formation of the investigated period of noble family for formation duhovnoyointellektualnyh elite of Russia;

- Interest to contradictions and tendencies of development of theoretical bases of man's and female formation of the end of noble family XVIII - first third XIX centuries;

- Necessity of realisation of the analysis of humanistic potential of theoretical bases of formation of the investigated period of noble family;

- Requirement of creative judgement of experience of realisation of theoretical bases of formation of noble family for pedagogical activity of the best educational institutions of Russia;

Period end coincides with the beginning of reign of Nikolay I and increase of is conservative-restrictive tendencies in the politician of the state in relation to formation of noble family. The most significant parties of their researches were: a recognition of uniqueness and originality of educational activity of this educational institution; a substantiation of progressiveness of public and pedagogical ideas of teachers uniting it.

At the same time these researches in bolshej degrees concentrated on Pushkin subjects and, as a rule, not to the full opened a role of educational activity of Tsarskoselsky lycée as experience of realisation of humanistic pedagogics in a context of the extremely difficult, ambiguous and inconsistent historical epoch.

The special place among the researchers aspiring in the works to characterise development of the Russian formation of noble family, belongs to one of the most talented domestic culturologists
Second half of XX-th century of JU.M.Lotman. [2] prominent feature of its researches is consideration of experience of development of the man's and female formation focused on satisfaction of inquiries vysokoprosveshchyonnoj of a part of the Russian nobility, as the phenomenon connected with development of culture of noble family of second half XVIII - first third XIX centuries in its best displays.

Among the works devoted to Tsarskoselsky lycée of a Pushkin time as a phenomenon of the Russian culture of noble family, the special place belongs to research of the visible historian of formation of Z.I.Ravkina. [3] feature of this work is not only riches of an actual historical material, but also the deep research approach to the analysis of pedagogical conditions and the factors which have provided special originality of the maintenance of educational activity of Tsarskoselsky lycée of 1811-1817.

Among collective works of known researchers of the end of the XX-th century, reflected cultural urological aspects of development of the best educational institutions of noble family, a special place belongs G.K.Ashina's to monographic research. [4] most significant party of the given research is the strongly pronounced tendency to generalisations of wide conceptual character (including problems of development of unique educational institutions of the investigated period of noble family). Among the modern researchers shining in the monographies and publications experience of realisation of a humanistic component of the maintenance of conceptual bases of domestic formation of noble family, in particular, is obviously necessary to name M.V.Boguslavsky, S.F.Egorov, E.JU.Olhovsky and others.

In works of these researchers have found the reflexion aspiration to creation of the complete concept of evolution of the Russian formation of the investigated period of noble family and strongly pronounced tendencies to objective reflexion both positive, and negative sides in its development.

Centuries. Among them it is necessary to note works of such authors, as V.I.Blinov, A.J.Butov, I.I.Koleganova, J.A.Disson, O.A.Androsov, S.S.Bodrov, M.V.Prilepskaja, E.J.Ipatova and a number of others. [5]

All it testifies that problems of development of formation of the end of noble family XVIII - first third XIX centuries have already received deep enough and full illumination in works of domestic historians of formation. However, on our belief, many problems connected with formation and realisation of its humanistic potential, still will demand the further judgement., In particular, it is obviously necessary to carry to number of such problems:

- Insufficient vyjavlennost the reasons and the factors which have generated a unique phenomenon of the Russian formation of noble family on boundary XVIII-XIX of centuries;

- Incomplete level of scrutiny of uniqueness and originality of the maintenance of educational activity of some the best educational institutions of this historical period directed on formation of spiritually-intellectual elite;

- Lack of completeness of reflexion of value of humanistic potential of the maintenance of formation of noble family for development of domestic school in the conditions of the present and many other things.

All it has defined a research problem. It consists in that on the basis of the istoriko-pedagogical analysis to resolve the contradiction between an urgency and the importance of the conceptual ideas underlying theoretical bases of man's and female formation of noble family for formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of Russia of the investigated period and a demand of these ideas in a context of the present.

Comprehension of the importance of the permission of this contradiction has predetermined a research theme: «Development of theoretical bases of man's and female formation of the end of noble family XVIII - first third XIX centuries as the formation factor duhovnoyointellektualnyh elite of Russia».

Object of research: formation of noble family in Russia of the end XVIII - first third XIX centuries.

Object of research: the maintenance and development of theoretical bases of man's and female formation of the investigated period of noble family as the factor of formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of Russia.

Research objective: to characterise the maintenance and development of theoretical bases of formation of noble family in Russia of the end XVIII - first third XIX centuries and their influence on formation duhovnoyointellektualnyh elite of Russia.

Research problems:

1. To prove the basic concepts connected with subjects of research: formation of noble family, man's formation of noble family, female formation of noble family, theoretical bases of formation of noble family, spiritually-intellectual elite of nobility and others.

2. To define features of formation of the investigated period of noble family, to consider a generality and differences of man's and female formation of noble family.

3. To define features of the maintenance of conceptual approaches to development of theoretical bases of formation of noble family.

4. To reveal influence of theoretical bases of formation of Russia of the end of noble family XVIII - first third XIX centuries on process of formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of a society.

5. To comprehend interpretation of conceptual approaches in educational activity of the best educational institutions of noble family and their value for formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of Russia.

6. To define value of theoretical bases of the Russian formation of the investigated period of noble family for definition of modern strategy of development of the domestic education focused on formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of Russia.

Schools and experience of development of formation of noble family "," Historical traditions and innovative approaches in formation of modern Russian intelligency »;

- At judgement and working out of author's concepts in the modern educational institutions setting as the general educational purpose formation of modern intelligency and requiring creative use of positive historical experience.

Investigation phases

At the first stage (2009-2010) the research problem has been revealed, its urgency is proved, degree of a scientific readiness of a problem is analysed, search of sources and materials is carried out. At the second stage (2010-2011) the basic aspects of research have been defined, the actual material is studied, the part of generalisations and conclusions is carried out. At the third stage (2012-2013) processing of the materials received during research has come to the end, conclusions completely are carried out, the analysis of istoriko-pedagogical sources is finished and results of research are completely generalised.

Reliability of results of research is provided: a support on system character of its teoretiko-methodological bases; variety of actual results of research; use of system of the methods adequate to a subject, the purpose and research problems; correlation of the received results of research with modern humanistic positions of a pedagogical science.

Approbation of results of research. Substantive provisions and results of research have been presented at following scientific and scientifically-practical conferences: the International scientific

Conferences «Native literature in modern cultural and educational space» (Tver, 2011); All-Russia nauchnoyoprakticheskoj conferences «Traditions and innovations in vocational training and activity of the teacher» (Tver, 2011, 2012); the All-Russia scientifically-practical conference with the international participation «Youth and the state: scientifically-methodological, sotsialnoyopedagogicheskie and psychological aspects of development of modern formation» (Tver, 2012); in materials of XXVII session of Scientific council on problems of history of formation and a pedagogical science of the Russian Academy of education (Moscow, 2011). Research materials were used at the methodical and methodological seminars devoted to problems of continuity of historical traditions in a domestic education, spent on the basis of pedagogical faculty of the Tver state university.

The positions which are taken out on protection:

1. In Russia of the end XVIII - first third XIX centuries under the influence of a number of factors social, political, filosofsko - world outlook and cultural character were generated theoretical bases of the formation of noble family comprising deep humanistic potential. It has found the fullest expression in educational activity of the best educational institutions of noble family.

2. The domestic education of the investigated period of noble family was characterised by its defining orientation on realisation of an educational ideal of the person with an active civil and patriotic position, fidelity to monarchy ideals, brightness and originality of individuality, high level of spiritual and intellectual culture. It was characterised by the general orientation on formation of the person, the Russia betrayed to interests and ready to military or administrative career.

3. Feature of domestic formation of noble family was its strongly pronounced humanistic orientation. It found the expression in orientirovannosti on social optimism; to belief in steady progress in society development; convictions that the person and private world of each nobleman are self-value for a society and the state. Displays of the given orientation of formation was that in formation of the investigated period of noble family installation on the warm and valid relations constructed on the code of honour of noble family was generated. Educational process in the best educational institutions of noble family has been organised so that to avoid any displays of extreme overfatigue of pupils, to create conditions for their creative self-realisation in spheres of cogitative, is art-creative and sports-game activity.

4. Under the influence of a humanistic orientation state, and also house and private formation in the best families and domestic educational institutions there were conditions for formation of several generatsy representatives of the spiritually-intellectual elite, played defining role in development of a spiritual, state, public and cultural life of Russia.

5. Theoretical bases of formation of the end of noble family XVIII - are objectively differentiated first third XIX centuries on theoretical bases of man's and female formation. Despite cardinal differences, man's and female formation equally possessed necessary internal potential for formation of the educated representatives of the Russian nobility. Nevertheless at all depth and
Pithiness theoretical bases of female formation of noble family have reflected in themselves not only many progressive and humanistic ideas, but also some limitation and prejudices of historical time.

6. Theoretical bases of educational activity have found the expression in author's interpretation of definition of the theoretical maintenance and valuable priorities of teaching and educational activity of some the best educational institutions of Russia (Pazhesky Its Imperial Majesty the case, Smolnyj institute of noble maidens, Tsarskoselsky lycée, the Shljahetsky case and others). It has reflected the tendency to origin and realisation polivariativnogo educational space and has played a significant role in formation of spiritual, political and military elite of Russia.

7. Development of theoretical bases of formation of noble family has led to promotion of some the conceptual ideas, appearing conformable to modern domestic humanistic pedagogics of the beginning of the XXI-st century. In case of their adaptation to conditions of the present they can receive the further development and play a positive role in formation of spiritually-intellectual elite of the Russia which have entered a stage of information development.

The structure and volume are defined by the purpose and research problems. Dissertational research consists of the introduction, two heads, the conclusion, the bibliographic list of the used literature.
