Epidemiologija virus hepatitises at sick HIV - an infection.

Until recently at a HIV-infected of patients development of opportunistic infections at falling of level CD4 + lymphocytes below critical level limited expected life expectancy (Crowe S.M., et al 1991).

Thereof presence of other diseases, in particular, chronic hepatitises, represented less actual problem as the majority of patients perished before this pathology started to make serious impact on a condition of their health. However introduction in the late eighties highly active antiretrovirusnyh preparations and ample opportunities of prevention of the majority of widespread opportunistic infections promoted elongation of the asymptomatic period and essential rising of survival rate of a HIV-infected of patients (Vella S., et al. 1992). Change last years a spectrum of the pathology associating with a HIV-infection, means, that for a HIV - of the infected persons basic value is got by the diseases which were not playing before an essential role. Among such diseases the important place is occupied with virus lesions of a liver, in particular chronic virus hepatitises In and With (HGV, HGS). The HIV and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrom left in a shade hepatitises In and With for many years. Now HGV HGS all in larger degree defines a case rate and a mortality of a HIV - of the infected patients (V., et al. 1995, V., 1999; Sulkowski M.S., 2002).
