2.4.6 Method of the infra-red Fourier - spectroscopy

Adsorption research made a method of the infra-red Fourier - spectroscopy on IK - the Fourier spectrophotometer IR Prestige 21 at institute nano and biotechnologies of the Tver state technical university.

Ik-Fure the spectrophotometer is supplied by an attachment of the diffuse reflexion, allowing to analyze non-uniform samples with high accuracy in a spectral range of 350-7800 sm-1. High sensitivity was provided at the expense of special ceramic radiation source, an interferometer with the gilt mirrors and teromostabilizirovannogo detector DLATGS for centre infrared range. Infrared rays areas (NIR - MIR - FIR) it was carried out by installation of distinguished beam splitters with automatic change of radiation sources and detectors. As a background spectrum applied a spectrum of sample KBr grinded to fraction less 2 microns.

Spectrums were registered in a range of 250-4000 sm-1 with step of 4 sm-1. The error for the yielded method makes ±0.05 sm-1 (on displacement of peaks).
