2.4.6 Method of the infra-red Fourier - spectroscopy
Adsorption research made a method of the infra-red Fourier - spectroscopy on IK - the Fourier spectrophotometer IR Prestige 21 at institute nano and biotechnologies of the Tver state technical university.
Ik-Fure the spectrophotometer is supplied by an attachment of the diffuse reflexion, allowing to analyze non-uniform samples with high accuracy in a spectral range of 350-7800 sm-1. High sensitivity was provided at the expense of special ceramic radiation source, an interferometer with the gilt mirrors and teromostabilizirovannogo detector DLATGS for centre infrared range. Switching of workersInfrared rays areas (NIR - MIR - FIR) it was carried out by installation of distinguished beam splitters with automatic change of radiation sources and detectors. As a background spectrum applied a spectrum of sample KBr grinded to fraction less 2 microns.
Spectrums were registered in a range of 250-4000 sm-1 with step of 4 sm-1. The error for the yielded method makes ±0.05 sm-1 (on displacement of peaks).
