1) a method of optical microscopy on devices «Neophot 30», «Hyperion 1000», «Axiotech» («Carl Zeiss») and «Olimpus» («Horiba»);
2) a method of scanning electronic microscopy on devices «JEOL 6610LV» and «Hitachi SU8030».

They yield the direct information on correctness of those or other results received by means of a spectral technique. Plotting of distribution of pores in the sizes in a film from data of optical microscopy carried out by calculation and measurement of diameter of all particles in a microphoto of the sample. Generally particles were asymmetric, therefore counted effective diameter of particles. Particle size distribution histograms received by means of the program «ImagePro 6.0».
