Rentgenofotoelektronnaja spectroscopy

Rentgenofotoelektronnye surface spectrums rutenijsoderzhashchego a composite received by means of modernised electronic spectrometer ES - 2403 M-T special design bureau AP of the Russian Academy of Sciences, equipped with a source of Roentgen rays Mg Ka/Al K α XR-50 (Specs GmbH) and the evaluator of energy PHOIBOS 100-MCD (Specs GmbH).

Characteristic radiation Mg Ka was applied To excitation fotoelektronnov (hv = 1253.6 ev). Capacity of radiation made 100 W. Spectrums received at pressure not below 2∙10-6 Pases. Before the analysis of samples it was made their devolatilising at residual pressure 1∙10-6Па in a current of hour. From the sample electrons under the influence of Roentgen rays possessing certain value of energy are beaten out. On the device the spectrum representing dependence of intensity of a stream of emitted electrons from bond energy of these acts in film

Electrons in the sample, also the drop energy of the beaten out electrons is measured. Dependence of intensity of a stream of the emitted electrons on bond energy of these electrons in the sample pays off under the formula 2.1:

Esv - electron-binding energy on a power subtotal;

h ν - energy of x-ray quantum;

Ekin - an electron drop energy;

φ - work of a yield of a material of a spectrometer.

Have been made qualitative (definition of chemical shifts of analytical subtotals of elements) and quantitative (definition of concentration of atoms on a surface) analyses on the received spectrums.

The yielded method has an error 1 - 10 % depending on the element maintenance. Sensitivity of measurement of concentration of an element is equal 0.5 - 1.0 % counting on pripoverhnostnyj bed or about 10 % counting on a monomolecular layer of a smooth surface.
