Eric Fyogelin also marks similarity between ancient gnosticism and political theories of a modernism, in particular communism and nazism. In spite of the fact that humanistic and social reforms of the legislation do not testify about them to moderately-gnosticheskoj nature, any is moderate - gnosticheskoe provides humanistic change of world around, including by legal reforms. The basic theses of electoral programme A.V. Bogdanova show possible changes in the Russian legislation in case in the Russian leader there would be a mason:

• Assistance to political and economic rapprochement of Russia and the European Union.

• Occurrence of Russia in the Schengen zone and maintenance of free movement of Russians across Europe.

• Creation of conditions for a comfortable life and integration of invalids into society.

• Development and support of small and average business according to the European practice.

• Struggle against corruption and protection of human rights.

• Maintenance of an original freedom of speech, support of the independent

MASS-MEDIA.

• Active and consecutive development of a civil society in all its displays. [206]

Irrespectively political estimation of an electoral programme, it is possible to tell, that from the point of view of jurisprudence pre-election statements of the similar program are aimed at social reforms, support of inalienable laws and freedom of the person. The given points of the political program entirely correspond Masonic pravoponimaniju and to tendencies of a humanisation of the right, refusal of war as way of the resolution of disputes, carrying out during a life of morals of an honest work, justice and social protection.

The natural death expressed in inalienable laws and freedom of the person and the citizen, given to it at a birth, was initially a fruit of "inspiration" of philosophers and jurists of an epoch of Education. Natural deaths, concept about which it is put in pawn in each person, lead legal community to comprehension of necessity of application of positions of humanism and protection of the person in a positive law as during the Education epoch, and, in bolshej to degree, today.
