Besides, it is necessary to develop and approve the Instruction about the organisation and carrying out of educational actions with condemned, consisting on the account in criminally-executive inspections. Interaction of criminally-executive inspections with law-enforcement bodies demands interdepartmental is standard-legal regulation.

The problem of legislative regulation of a legal status of employees of the criminally-executive inspections serving in criminally-executive system of Ministry of Justice of Russia is actual

Legislative fastening of legal and social security of employees of criminally-executive inspections as employee of criminally-executive system probably, on the one hand, thanks to working out and acceptance by analogy with operating the new Federal act źAbout establishments and the bodies executing punishments╗ (without words źin the form of imprisonment╗) or as: a variant - źAbout bodies and establishments of criminally-executive system╗, extending on all bodies, establishments in system of Federal service of execution of punishment. On the other hand, as a result of acceptance of the Federal act regulating passage of public service in criminally-executive system (Federal service of execution of punishment).

The work organisation in criminally-executive inspections should assume working out of the most rational forms of a division of labour between separate workers and its cooperations, improvement of administrative structure, definition of the competence of the concrete official, perfection of forms of documents and document circulation process, use of achievements of a modern science and technics, introduction of the most rational forms of stimulation of work, the optimum organisation of workplaces (including their automation), formation of a good psychological climate in collective of employees of criminally-executive inspections.

Increase of efficiency of information-analytical work in criminally-executive inspections probably at the expense of creation of a file of the necessary information, the organisation of its streams, and processing system. Perfection of gathering, accumulation, processing and the information analysis should assume working out and universal introduction typical for criminally-executive inspections of the automated information systems storing and processing the information, characterising a condition of execution of punishments and the organisation of corrective influence
