In the chapter III is proved the author's concept of the decision of a problem of the research, psihologo-pedagogical model of system-continuous formation of readiness corresponding to it, and as mechanisms and conditions of its formation on dovuzovskom and high school stages.

The concept of formation of readiness of the psychologist of formation to professional work represents set of substantive provisions of the methodological, theoretical and methodical character opening approaches, structure and conditions of formation of readiness on initial (dovuzovskom and high school) stages professionalizatsii.

Methodological bases:

? The objective basis of formation of readiness of the psychologist of formation to activity is made by model of professional work and model of the person of the expert (A.K.Markova). Efficiency uchebno-professional the figure-nosti of the future psychologist of formation is defined by its relevance to psychological system of forthcoming activity (V.D.Shadrikov).

? The trade of the psychologist makes special demands to the person of the expert (I.V.Dubrovin, E.A.Klimov, etc.). It causes of the account at the initial stages professionalizatsii individually-personal features of the subject which conformity to trade demands is the major condition of successful uchebno-professional and independent professional work of the future psychologist of formation.

The multilevel structure of readiness limiting the decision of problems of development of the psychologist of formation as the subject of professional work during high school training, makes the basis for addition of actual idea of a continuity professionalizatsii under the scheme «вуз+послевузовские forms of improvement of professional skill by" the scheme «dovuzovskaja profile подготовка+вуз», professional suitability corresponding to system concepts (V.A.Bodrov, A.T.Rostunov, etc.) and allowing to realise idea of early immersing of the future psychologist in a trade (D.I.Feldshtejn).

Theoretical positions of the concept characterise stage-by-stage structure, the maintenance and mechanisms of formation of readiness of the psychologist of formation to the professional work which bases were results of the analysis of readiness in system professionalizatsii the subject.

Methodical positions of the concept open agents of formation of the readiness, realised in aggregate developed psihologo-pedagogical technologies (see гл.IV).

The designated logic of the conceptual decision of a problem of research is embodied in psihologo-pedagogical model of system-continuous formation of readiness of the psychologist of formation to professional work (fig. 1) which is realised in long-term innovative practice of vocational training of teachers and psychologists in MarGPI and MarGU.

The basic components of model are presented in four macromodules:

1. The target macromodule is sistemoobrazujushchim the model block, it includes components of the purpose, problems, methodological bases and the principles which set the maintenance and ways of formation of readiness of the future psychologists of formation within the limits of the given model define structure, underlining them sopodchinennost, hierarchy, integrativnost.


2. The Structurally-organizational macromodule includes components of stages and establishments, sources and motive forces of formation of readiness. It is allocated two independent stages of realisation of model: dovuzovsky a stage consisting in a conscious choice of a trade of the psychologist and corresponding professional self-determination during option against which there is a formation of readiness for uchebno-professional work in high school; the high school stage is referred on consecutive mastering by a trade and development during vocational training of the subject ready to performance of activity. 4. The is productive-estimated module includes the description of the major signs, components and criteria of readiness of the psychologist of formation to the activity which estimation allows to judge productivity of model.

As any model is the simplified reconstruction of real process of achievement of required result, in the head partial mechanisms of formation of neoplasms of readiness are in detail analysed.

Being based on saved up in domestic psychology and pedagogics scientific luggage on vocational counselling problems (to K.M.Gurevich, E.A.Klimov, N.S.Prjazhnikov, S.N.Chistjakova, etc.) In work the organisation of an explicit professional choice is proved. Its short consists in formation of steady interest to activity of the psychologist of formation as dominating motive of its choice based on a combination of adequate representations about a trade, to itself and the professional future. According to it conditions of formation of the proved choice of a trade of the psychologist of formation mastering of complex knowledge of its features and their diffraction through individually-psychological properties of the person of professionally defined pupil act. Conformity of the generated representations about a trade to personal properties optanta generates a condition of the internal consent and acceptance when there is no conflict between alternative desires and possibilities. Thus, the psychological mechanism of formation of readiness for the realised professional choice of senior pupils consists in kongruentnosti an adequate image of a trade of the psychologist of formation, an image of and an image of the professional future.

Other major problem dovuzovskogo a stage - formation of ability of the subject effectively to be trained in professional work, to seize its generalised ways during the decision of educational and uchebno-professional problems. Final component of system-continuous formation of readiness of the future psychologist of formation on dovuzovskom a stage is the is professional-focused selection, for which introduction in traditional procedure of selection of entrants (by results of EGE and (or) entrance examinations) develop objective (social and economic) and subjective (concerning specificity of a concrete trade) the bases. A basis of the offered professionally focused selection the advantage »when, on the one hand, procedure and results of professionally focused selection are important for arriving as one of possibilities to avoid an erroneous professional choice as a result of additional stimulation of a reflexion of the desire and possibility to master a trade of the psychologist of formation makes it« komplementarnaja. On the other hand, selection promotes rising of qualitative structure of students of faculty, activating them dovuzovskuju preparation and even "self-elimination" of professionally not focused entrants.

The high school stage professionalizatsii is surveyed by scientists as the period of purposeful extensive development of activity (N.N.nechaev). In work three sectors of is professional-educational medium (spatially-subject, organizational-technological and social), forming a zone of the developing possibilities providing professional and personal development of the student as the subject of forthcoming activity are defined.

In a spatially-subject component of is professional-educational medium as the mechanism of formation of readiness for activity performance according to ideas of advancing formation (B.M.Bim-Bad, B.S.Gershunsky, A.M.Novikov) self-designing of an individual trajectory of is professional-personal development of the future psychologist of the formation, consisting in subject adjustment of an educational route with profound studying of modern psihologo-pedagogical knowledge and the experience, selected on prognostic level is proved.

In an organizational-technological component the mechanism of transformation of knowledge of the student in a plane of their practical use, i.e. formation professional kompetentsy is surveyed. Conditions and forms of "working off" in the form of development and fastening (I.I.Iljasov) of psychological knowledge with their the subsequent eksteriorizatsiej in practical actions and the competence are described.

Proved in the head conceptual model, conditions and mechanisms of stage-by-stage formation of readiness for professional work represent only the scheme of real training of the future psychologist of the formation which estimation of productivity has demanded a projection of the developed model in a plane of concrete technologies of its realisation.
