the Concept of formation of readiness for professional work it is based on the alternative developed paradigm of vocational training of the psychologist to the idea consisting in it is subject-dejatelnostnoj professionalizatsii the future psychologist of formation through its early immersing and a subject involvement into system and conditions profile and vocational training in the chosen direction.


2. Stages, mechanisms and conditions of formation of readiness are defined by the professional work maintenance, structure, components and readiness neoplasms, problems dotrudovogo the period professionalizatsii which set is realised in psihologo-pedagogical model of system-continuous formation of readiness of the future psychologist of formation.

3. Formation of readiness for professional work consists in stage-by-stage development of its consecutive neoplasms in the form of readiness for a choice of a trade of the psychologist and readiness for uchebno-professional work on mastering by it on dovuzovskom a stage professionalizatsii, readiness for performance of professional work of the psychologist of formation - at a high school stage professionalizatsii.

4. The base mechanism of formation of readiness for professional work consists in geterohronnom development of its components: motivational and orientatsionnyj readiness components are pawned at a stage of professional self-determination; the operational component develops at a vocational training stage; the personal component is exposed to development proceeding from features of the selected activity, throughout both stages professionalizatsii.

5. As partial mechanisms of formation of readiness on dovuzovskom a stage act kongruentnost an image of a trade, an image of and an image of the professional future, a reflexion of representations about uchebno-professional work in high school and development of the uchebno-informative actions necessary for productive uchebno-professional work.

6. Partial mechanisms of formation of readiness at a high school stage are self-designing of an individual trajectory of professional development, and as transformation of knowledge and abilities of the student in professional the competence on a basis eksteriorizatsii.

7. Stage-by-stage formation of consecutive neoplasms of readiness is provided with observance of conditions and use of the ways corresponding to allocated mechanisms which are considered in aggregate developed psihologo-pedagogical technologies of realisation of conceptual model on dovuzovskom and high school stages: educational, developing, psychodiagnostic, attestative.

Approbation and introduction of the basic dissertational ideas and results of research were spent to practice in various forms:

1. In educational process at pedagogics and psychology faculty (FPP) MarGPI (till 2008) and MarGU (since 2008), in frameworks rukovodimogo the author of the Center of development and education "Gavrosh" on the basis of FPP MarGPI (2002-2006 of), and as in educational process of a profile step of the general education on the basis of Lyce Baumansky (the former Center of formation № 18) of Ioshkar Ola, at psychological faculty of Mari branch MOSU (MF MOSU), on courses of retraining and improvement of professional skill of teachers and psychologists at Mari institute of formation (MIO). The programs developed by the author and technologies are used in establishments of the general and vocational training of Russia and Republic Tajikistan.

2. During a five years' scientific management of a complex research problem of formation of a social bionomics of the modern childhood carried out within the limits of NID MarGPI and registered in the All-Russia scientific and technical information centre (VNTITS, reg. № 01.2001 19838), successfully finished in December, 2005;

3. In research grants on socially-educational temati-ke, supported by various funds and the organisations (the grant of the Government of Republic Mary El for young scientists, 1998; the group grant of the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund, 1997; grant Junior Faculty Development Program Scholarship (JFDP) programs Fulbrajt, 2001; the group grant of II Fair-forum of social and cultural projects RME, 2004, etc.);

4. In reports at scientifically-practical conferences of various levels:

? All-Russia (Moscow, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008; Ioshkar Ola, 1994, 2006, 2008; Kazan, 2008; Penza, 1999; Slavyansk-ON-kubani, 2008; Chelyabinsk, 2005);

? Regional (Ioshkar Ola, 1995, 1997-1999, 2002, 2003, 2006; Kursk, 2009; Cheboksary, 2006);

5. During discussions at sessions of profile chairs, methodological seminars MarGPI, MarGU, MF MOSU, MPGU;

6. In scientific publications of the author: from 100 works in 74 (more than 70 items of l.) dissertational ideas, including in 2 monographies, the manual, 10 uchebno-methodical works, 8 articles in the scientific magazines recommended VAK, in 3 collective editions under edition and with participation of the author, in articles and theses of reports are reflected.

Structure and work volume. Work consists of the introduction, four heads, the conclusion, the list of the used literature and appendices. The basic text is illustrated by 32 drawings and schedules, 17 tables. The literature list contains 533 names, from them 20 on a foreign language.
