The problem of definition of professional competence of the manager became object of dispute and disagreements between psychologists, teachers, physiologists, experts-experts etc.

the Questions, concerning definitions of the given concept, are considered in works both domestic, and foreign scientists.

It is necessary to notice, that professional competence is an element (or a component) the culture of the expert synthesising professional and personal qualities of the subject of work, reflecting level of knowledge, abilities, the experience, necessary for the decision of professional problems,
Performance of professional functions according to the accepted professional standards. In turn, personal competence is treated by us as synthesis of behavioural characteristics and the valuable bases of professional work including ability to self-development, perfection of skills of the interpersonal interaction promoting effective performance of labour functions.

Leaning against scientific approaches to understanding of professional and personal competence, we have come to conclusion that is professional-personal competence represents set of is professional-personal properties, includes a complex inseparably linked among themselves kompetentsy, reflecting specificity of activity of the subject of work and being a basis of professional perfection. The deep analysis of professional work of the manager has allowed to develop a card is professional-personal kompetentsy the manager of the commercial organisation, including the list kompetentsy and levels of their achievements.

By results of an expert estimation about revealing of representations about is professional-personal competence of the manager of the commercial organisation the most significant have been allocated is professional-personal the competence of the manager of the commercial organisation: źreadiness for communications for the decision of problems of professional work╗, źability to consider environment conditions, risks of the company, competition level╗, źreadiness to supervise over collective in sphere of the professional work╗ and źability to be engaged in perfection of industrial and administrative technologies and systems, introduction of technological innovations╗.

That fact is established, that in process of development of professional work success of its performance is defined by a set is professional-personal kompetentsy, separate from which are gradually transformed to professionally undesirable qualities. At the same time there is a gradual formation professionally caused aktsentuatsy, negatively influencing both on professional work, and on behaviour of the manager. Professional deformation of the person of the manager becomes result of these psychological changes.

It is theoretically proved, that professional deformation of the person represents changed, deviating from the conventional moral and professional norms a personal way of the development breaking integrity of the person, reducing its adaptability and negatively affecting efficiency of activity.

The essential quantity of displays of professional deformation of the person of the manager brings an attention to the question on their importance for the subject of professional work at various stages of a course of life.

The qualitative analysis of an expert estimation of the maintenance of displays of professional deformation of the person of the manager of the commercial organisation has allowed to allocate the most significant among them: demonstrativnost, authoritativeness, a behavioural transfer, professional indifference and role ekspansionizm.

At teoretiko-methodological level preconditions are studied and necessity of the complex approach to the decision of a problem of preventive maintenance of professional deformation of the person of the manager of the commercial organisation is proved. At statistical level results of group work on preventive maintenance of displays of professional deformation of the person of the manager which have shown positive dynamics of development professionalnoyolichnostnoj to competence are proved. As a result of carrying out with group of managers of a practical training on development of the is professional-personal competence, the displays of professional deformation of the person directed on preventive maintenance, considerable increases in experimental group of indicators of is professional-personal competence and decrease in level of expressiveness of displays of professional deformation of the person have been revealed.

Prospects of the further researches are: profound studying of various technologies and forms of preventive maintenance of professional deformation of the person of the manager at all stages professionalizatsii; definition of the new conditions raising efficiency of realisation of development of is professional-personal competence of the manager; studying of influence of features of development of is professional-personal competence of the manager on productivity of its administrative activity.
