Success and productivity of interaction of the preacher with an audience depends, both from level of readiness of an audience, and from level of professional and rhetorical preparation of the preacher fixed in concept of the communicative competence.

Set generally is meant the communicative competence both personal properties and possibilities, and language and vnejazykovyh knowledge and the abilities providing communicative activity of the person [Vahtel 2008: 6].

The communicative competence of the preacher is considered through a prism of the Sacred Legend in which centre there is a New testament Scriptus. It is the basic source and the keeper of moral reference points and Christianity ideals on an extent already more than two millenia. However both in former and in modern conditions of one only for formation of the person of the Christian preacher it is not enough book knowledge. Thereupon before modern religious ritorom there is a following question. How to learn to address with such great and ancient heritage to the preacher, to be the heard contemporary? A number of the researches devoted to the analysis of features of perception of the orthodox preacher (priest) by parishioners has revealed high level of expectations of listeners concerning conformity of a word of the preacher to such criteria as clearness and availability of speech, accurate interpretation / an explanation of bible texts on the basis of creations of the Sacred fathers adapted for actual standards and levels of perception of the recipient [Petrushko 2015].

In a basis of consideration and an estimation of quality of a word of the preacher dialogue event, continuous from a situation of interpersonal interaction speaking and the listener (a producer of the text and an audience of recipients) should be necessary. On the basis of spent by us of some researches we have come to
To conclusion about that the qualitative sermon can be considered as having a triune basis.

On the one hand, quality of the sermon depends on level of the academic and prayful preparation of the Christian preacher. Thus quality of the semantic maintenance of the text of the sermon is provided versatile ekzegeticheskim with possession of the text of the Scriptus and studying svjatootecheskogo heritages in a combination to understanding of an actual situation of day.

On the other hand, success sacral / gomileticheskoj communications depends on happy interaction of some psychological is professional-important qualities speaking (a personal openness, readiness for empathy, simplicity in circulation), going back to character of the individual. Accordingly, the program of preparation of the preacher, the missionary should include installations on development of culture of dialogue, skill to communicate, culture of conducting dialogue.

From the third party rhetorical balance which depends on a choice of strategy of influence / interaction and live reaction of an audience (identification speaking conformity and expediency of a choice of strategy and a handshaking, the exact reference to concrete type of the listener).

On the basis of the analysis of a theoretical material and texts of modern sermons it is possible to come to conclusion, that the preacher should correspond to level of the advanced language person. According to G.I.Bogina's remark, for the advanced language person rhetorical and aesthetic validity of use of a kind of literature [Bogin 1986: 12-13] is characteristic.

Technical perfection of speech of the person who has reached of a highest level of development of the language person, among the other is characterised also by that, according to professor G.I.Boginu, the advanced language person not only chooses a sublanguage and builds
Or understands speech product on it, but also it is capable to build the text with mixture of sublanguages (and their styles) in that measure in what sublanguages are admissible in the text at dialogue with the people constantly using not all these sublanguages [Bogin 1984: 12-13]. We believe, that the marked perfection has the direct relation to sermon art as vysokoorganizovannoj and reaching consciousnesses of listeners of the speech built today in the conditions of a non-uniform audience.

The paradigm of relations between the preacher and an audience has undergone radical transformations for the last some decades. Instead of scholastic model of "an announcement of secrets Bozhiih in modern system of relations authority (ritor) / the pupil (listener) on the foreground leaves necessity of the open, critical and at the same time valid dialogue.

Thus, the model of the language person of the preacher develops of three sides of a uniform cube of professional communicative readiness.

As sources of formation and perfection of a fundamental plane Christian gomileticheskogo a discourse (the language person) preacher such disciplines as the general, bible and philological germenevtika and ekzegetika with its numerous techniques (traditional, historico-critical) and application historical, literary, narrativnogo, rhetorical, initial, psychological, sociological and ideological kinds of the analysis act.

The confidence of the Christian preacher in otstaivaemoj positions should be based on system scientific knowledge of the Scriptus, deep studying and following svjatootecheskoj traditions. Efficiency of speech of the preacher assumes mastering by culture of forming of valid and open dialogue.

Only the harmonious combination of the revealed three groups of factors is capable to give the firm basis for formation, development and perfection of the language person of the modern preacher.
