2.1.6. Microscopical research of a pathological material.

Microscopical research spent both in native, and in the painted preparations. For a maceration of a dense material (hair, crusts) prepared preparations in 10 % the GAME, warmed up over a torch flame, not leading up to boiling then covered with cover glass and mikroskopiro - bring down.

Microscopy spent on light microscope Micros (Austria) at augmentation х40, hjuo, х200, х400.

For preparation of the painted preparations on fat-free subject glass by a cotton plug with patmaterialom did 1 stroke then a preparation dried up and fixed over a torch flame. After that a preparation painted one of following stains: 1. Laktofenol dark blue 2. Laktofuksin 3. Metilenovaja a blue.

The painted preparation covered with cover glass and investigated in a light microscope at first at small augmentation (hjuo), then at big (х400). At detection of the painted yeast cells described their morphology and spent their quantitative account in 10 fields of microscope at augmentation х400.
