features of installation of a precast geodetic dome

For a geodetic dome the most simple and checked up way of assemblage is the way "podrashchivanija" with dome suspension for vertex. And then for the collected parts. But such decision is inefficient at assemblage of light-weight constructions of small domes which have found wide application in building practice.

Therefore for assemblage small and vsparushennyh domes the way of erection by ascending gradient with turn of the collected part concerning assembly hinges of bearers (fig. 3.14) is developed and introduced.

Fig. 3.14. Installation from panels of an easy awning dome.

In small mesh and geodetic one-zone domes framing rods slightly differ on length, have small scatter of settlement efforts and consequently can be zaproektirovany one sectional view. At assemblage of easy domes-canopies at spans to 10-12 m elevating means (fig. 3.14) are not used. At the big spans it is possible to use reechnye jacks for a hanging of a dome and load-lifting gears for installation of panels.

On the prepared base of a platform points of an arrangement of bearers of a dome are marked. On the selected part of a circle the basic gather

Panels with two assembly bearers and string pieces. The collected part turns in the first assembly position on fig. 3.14 and. Then circles of panels with consecutive turns while all assemblage does not come to the end with remained basic part with installation on constant bearers (fig. 3.14,) join consistently.

At assemblage and installation of domes at which rigidness of assembly knots makes less than 20 % from flexural rigidness of rods, movings of basic knots at installation can exceed 20-25 mm; the assembly rigidness equal of 50 % of rigidness of rods, gives movings of shaking bearers concerning rotary bearers to 6 mm for a dome of an open shed in diameter of 10 m (fig. 3.15).

Fig. 3.15. The dome VAT at installation: and - a mosaic of axial forces;-movings of knots and elements with apertures, f*макс. - 6,421 mm.

Considerable influence on movings at installation in vsparushennyh domes is rendered by cuts of elements for the organisation of apertures. So absence of cuts reduces the resulted values of movings to two-three times.
