5.2 Introduction of results experimental and theoretical studies

Industrial introduction developed dezagregirujushchego devices in a sort mnogozahodnyh tapes has been realised at Open Society enterprise «Shebekinsky cretaceous mill». The Shebekinsky cretaceous mill - the largest manufacturer and the supplier high-quality tonkodispersnogo a chalk in Russia and the CIS countries.

Overall performance check dezagregirujushchego devices at separirovanii a chalk was an introduction main objective.

At the enterprise make following marks of the separated chalk: MMOR MMS 1, MMS 2 in accordance with GOST 12085-88 and mark М15 on THAT 5743-020­05346453-2008. According to results of engineering calculations for separator CSA 6 have been made and fixed in separatsionnoj to the tape chamber mnogozahodnogo dezagregirujushchego devices with following parametres:

- Step of the screw of tapes of 4,6 m;

- Width of tapes of 0,08 m;

- Quantity of calling 8;

- Thickness of a tape of 5 mm;

- Angle of slope to a wall 15;

- Material of tapes Hardox 450;

- Installation height - 0,1 m above the bottom point of a rotor;

- The calling beginning coincides with the termination of the previous tape of the device.

As a result of industrial trials it is established, that there was an improvement of following indicators: a sieve residue, productivity, efficiency of process dezagregatsii (Table 5.3).

It is necessary to notice, that productivity increase on 5,14 % and decrease in sieve residue R0045до of 0,3 % is connected with increase of efficiency of process dezagregatsii on 15,4 %. Insignificant decrease in cumulative specific power expenses for 0,5 % is marked also.

As a result of the executed works on device introduction in a sort mnogozahodnyh tapes in dynamic separator CSA 6 used for separation swept the device in a sort mnogozahodnyh the tapes, raising efficiency of process dezagregatsii it was recommended to use at separation inclined to aggregation tonkodispersnyh powders in a cement making, to exhaust and plaster.

Industrial introduction dezagregirujushchego devices and use of results of work in educational process are confirmed by certificates (the Appendix 8).
