According to the accepted plan it is established five levels of a variation of factors:-1 - minimum; 0 - average; +1 - maximum;-1,68, +1,68 - star (tab. 4.1).

As varied factors have been selected:

• a rotating speed of the vertical bulwark, mines-11);

• a corner of installation of the blade on vertical to the bulwark concerning a vertical plane (a corner of attack of the blade), hailstones. (х2);

As functions of the response, most typical reflecting tehnikoyoekonomicheskie indicators of work of the shower mixer and quality of received production, we select:

For carrying out of experimental researches has been selected central composite rotatabelnyj the plan of full factorial experiment 23 (PFE TSKRP 23) [54].

On the basis of the selected plan of the spent experiments, factors and variation levels, results of the experimental researches presented in table 4.2 are received.
