Stages of carrying out of experimental researches

During experimental research carrying out it was supposed to investigate character of aggregation of particles of a material used in experiment, and to reveal laws of change of parametres of process at a variation of design data of a dynamic separator with dezagregirujushchim the device in a sort mnogozahodnyh tapes at separation of a ground marl, with a target boundary particle size ~200мкм.

The primary goal of carrying out of experimental researches is an establishment of laws and definition of rational values of design data dezagregirujushchego devices in a sort mnogozahodnyh tapes of a dynamic separator which allow to destroy as much as possible effectively assembly units and to carry out process of separation of the materials containing assembly units in this or that sort.

According to the specified problem the organisation and a technique of carrying out of experimental researches on experimental installation includes following stages.

1. Working out of experimental installation:

- Designing and manufacturing of a dynamic separator with dezagregirujushchim the device, a feeder for feed of materials;

- Pusko-adjustment and installation adjustment.

2. Preparation for experimental researches:

- Choice of criteria on which increase of target parametres of work of a separator will be estimated;

- Definition of the most significant for increase of efficiency of process dezagregatsii design data;

- Definition of levels and spacings of a variation of investigated design data;

- Choice of control devices and measurements, selection and preparation of tests for researches;

- Research of a grain size distribution of assembly units of particles, sitovym, ultrasonic, microscopic methods;

- Definition of a surface tension of assembly units for calculation of efficiency of process dezagregatsii;

- Working out of the plan of carrying out of multifactorial experiment.

3. Carrying out of experimental researches:

- Microscopic and granulometricheskoe research of assembly units, surface tension definition on border the assembly unit - a liquid;

- Experiment performance according to the developed plan and the selected spacings of a variation of investigated parametres;

- The supervisory control and registration of the selected parametres and results of experiments in summary tables.

4. The analysis of influence of design data on efficiency of process dezagregatsii by the results received during carrying out of experiment under the developed plan.
