As a result of carrying out of researches of process of mixing in experimental installation rotornogo the shower mixer of compulsory action there was a task in view of reception of concrete of class В15.

According to GOST 26633-2012 (Concrete heavy and fine-grained. Specifications) [43] mix should have the following structure on 1м3 ready concrete:

- portlandtsement PTS 400-D20 - 400 kg; (15-17 %);

- Sand quartz (0,5-2,5 mm) - 550 kg; (23-25 %);

- Rubble granite (5-20 mm) - 1270 kg; (48-51 %);

- Water - 190 kg. (7-9 %).

Plasticizers, stabilizers and the addition agents increasing durability, frost resistance and other technological properties of concrete also are in addition brought in a concrete mix. During carrying out of experiments they were not brought and at definition of quality of ready concrete their influence was not considered and consequently quality of mixing in installation directly influenced a mechanical properties of ready concrete on which the estimation of an overall performance of the shower mixer was guideed.

To carrying out of researches as a binding material it was applied portlandtsement PTS 400-D20, and fillers were - a quartz sand of fraction from 0,5 to 2,5 mm and granite rubble of fraction of 5-10 mm. The parity of components made: cement - 1 part, sand - 1,4 parts, rubble - 3,2 parts, water - 0,5 parts.

The received concrete should possess following technical characteristics:

- Density - 2300-2400 kg/m3;

- An ultimate strength on compression - 19,6 MPa;

- Watertightness - W4;

- Frost resistance - F100;

- Mobility - П-2;
