The analysis of designs pomolnyh assembly units and their directions konstruktivnoyotehnologicheskogo perfection gives the base to base researches following working hypothesis - increase of efficiency of process of a grinding in centrifugal counterflow mill is possible to reach at the expense of the organisation of selective self-levigating of particles.

Considering that various on krupnosti material particles are in counter streams in the grinding chamber, the scientific idea of work consists in the following: the organisation of work of a centrifugal counterflow mill at which front impact of large particles and impact of a small particles in crossed streams is carried out, that as a whole should raise efficiency of process of a grinding.

According to the accepted working hypothesis about increase of efficiency of process of a grinding in centrifugal counterflow mills, the purpose of the present work is: increase of efficiency of process of a grinding and productivity increase on a ready product in a centrifugal counterflow mill by the organisation of selective self-levigating of particles in counter and crossed streams.

In connection with an object in view in work it is necessary to solve following problems:

1. The analysis of existing designs for a grinding of building materials and definition of directions of their is constructive-technological perfection.

2. Working out of the patentno-protected design of a centrifugal counterflow mill with selective impact on the levigated material, efficiency of process of a grinding providing increase and productivity increase on a ready product.

3. Reception of analytical expressions for definition: speeds of movement of large particles along a surface of the curvilinear blade of a rotor; a corner of a descent of particles from rectilinear and curvilinear blades of a rotor; the boundary particle size, divided by means of radial rectilinear blades.

4. Reception of analytical expression for the description of a kinetics of levigating of particles of a material in a working area of counter crossed streams and counter front blow in a tangential branch pipe.

5. Carrying out of theoretical studies for interrelation definition between corners of a descent of large particles from a curvilinear surface and a small particles from a radial rectilinear surface of blades of a rotor.

6. Working out of a technique and constructive registration for carrying out of experimental researches.

7. Reception of the equations of regress for an establishment of laws of change of productivity, a specific surface and specific expenses of energy.

8. Working out of an engineering design procedure of a centrifugal counterflow mill.

9. Working out of recommendations for realisation of results of work in manufacture and educational process.

1.6 Conclusions

1. The analysis of existing designs pomolnyh assembly units is carried out and directions of their is constructive-technological perfection are defined.

2. Consideration of problems at a grinding of building materials has shown, that number lacks pomolnyh assembly units are high specific expenses of energy and the raised deterioration of working bodies.

3. On the basis of the analysis of directions of development pomolnogo the equipment the expediency of use is shown a centrifugal counterflow mill with selective self-levigating of particles in counter streams.

4. The scientific idea and a working hypothesis, a definite purpose and tasks in view of researches is formulated.
